A.If you struggle with anxiety and tend to stress easily, and want to find an escape from it, look no further than Uplift. The sensory-deprivation pods are amazing and relaxing. I've come out of the place feeling as though I've had a restful sleep on a cloud 🙂

G.Had my first float yesterday and will definitely be back... very comfortable and inviting environment and Reuben is very friendly, informative and helpful. Amazing way to 'hit the reset button'... it's not until you're in the pod that you realise how overly-stimulated our brains are! Had the deepest and most restful sleep last night that I've had in a long time and woke feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. Absolutely recommended.
J.About 18 months ago, I almost dislocated my shoulder at the gym. For the past 18 months, I have not been able to lift my left arm above my head and have had about three-quarters of the movement I should have had.
This all changed after my visit to the Float Centre on Friday the 16th August.
Full range of movement has returned finally.
I was also asked to comment on my sleep cycle since my hour-long visit and for the last three nights, I have gone from sleeping between six and a half hours to seven hours to just over eight hours each night.
Would I recommend this? Absolutely. Will I return? You bet.
I am keen to see the long-term health benefits of this.
