R.Chand's Beauty is a place you must go to when you have run out of options on your eyebrows. She is amazing, very friendly and great customer service. I love threading as it slows down the growth of the hair and i only go to Chand once a month. Where as waxing I have to wax between 2-3 times in a month. So I highly recommend her service to anyone. Oh and she knows what shape of brows that suits your face 😍 you will not be disappointed.

R.Chand’s beauty is one of the best places in New Plymouth for eyebrows, eye lashes and a lot of things. My personal favourite is getting my whole face threaded and she does wonders! My eyebrows look so snatched and clean. Highly highly recommend her.
