Soooo happy with the amazing job done on my nails - the best manicure I've ever had. SNS dipping powder and glow in the dark! Will definitely return next time I'm in New Plymouth.

UPDATE I continue to get gel manicures here roughly every three weeks. I have never been much of a “nails person” because it can be a hassle to maintain, but these manis are quite durable. I am on day 7 of my current polish, and there is only one teeny tiny chip on my thumb, even after dishes/showers etc with no gloves. Booking is usually not necessary, I just walk in. Allow about 90 mins for a full mani/pedi. Updating on day 15 of the last gel polish - finally have one noticeable chip. Pretty amazing, all the places I went in California never lasted this well. (Old review follows) I was hesitant at first due to old reviews, but decided to try it out under the new owner. I am quite pleased with my mani pedi, the gel looks great and they took good care of my ragged cuticles. They also said I could come back within a week if anything was wrong with the job, and they would fix it. Reasonable rates, nice foot massage. The only thing I could wish for is a new UV light and spa chair, the former had seen better days, and the chair wasn’t that comfy.

If ever there is a professional, customer caring person in the nail business it sure is to be found at Professional Nail Care in New Plymouth. Trang’s care for her customers and staff is exceptional and working in her salon is an absolute pleasure and a working environment that makes you looking forward to the next day. Very happy and proud to call her “boss” :-)

To get a pedicure was a 'spur of the moment' decision, they were busy and asked me to pop back in 30 minutes...happy to oblige. My feet were soaked, toe nails cut and filed and pesky hard heels were attack with enthusiastic vigor, don't let me forget to mention the calf and foot massage! There was much chatter going on in the salon and the staff included everyone, fabulous atmosphere. Feet look amazing even if hubby screwed his nose up at my freshly painted green toenails. Will definately go back.

I am absolutely in love with my nails they did such a great job. Such nice staff so helpful, showed them a photo of what I wanted & they done exactly what I asked for . Cheap prices also . This will be my regular nail salon from now on . Thank you so much 😊

I love my nails only when i went they were really buzy and forgot about me. But overall i recommend this place because they are really professional and very clean.

After moving to New Plymouth from Auckland, I wanted to find a nail bar similar to the ones in Auckland, where you get fast, good service at a fair price and don't always need an appointment. I have natural nails and prefer normal polish, so I don't want to be paying crazy prices for something that's going to chip after a week or so - I've been pretty shocked at what some places in New Plymouth charge for a very basic pedi or mani. I've been getting normal polish manis and pedis here for a couple of months now and I'm very happy with the service. Tranh, the new manager, is so friendly and a kind person. They use OPI polish and their combo deals are good value. Tam does a good foot massage and I appreciate that they do cuticle tidy up work, because a lot of places in New Plymouth don't. I recommend them if you want fast, friendly service and pretty nails at a fair price.
