P.Been coming here occasionally for a few years now and never, ever, disappointed.
The staff here are wonderful and give a great customer experience. They definitely put the customer first.
Today I jumped in with an emergency eyebrow situation and they sorted me out straight away with empathy and great value for money.
I feel welcome here and so I’m not going anywhere else. Thanks guys!!! See you again soon 🙂
M.Went here for the first time to get my arms waxed. I was very happy with the service. Staff were very friendly and the job was done proffesionally. Would reccomend and will be going back here. Very convenient with online bookings.

B.I cannot fault the service I receive at Royale Beauty - the girls are amazing. They are all very professional and certainly know their stuff. What sets Royale apart from a lot of other beauty salons is the atmosphere -, the girls are great to have a laugh with and so easy going, I always feel so comfortable there. Top notch service, top notch staff, I definitely recommend to everyone.

I always enjoy coming here, such a lovely calming atmosphere. Kirsty made a beautiful job of both my daughters and my feet.

M.I had a pumpkin facial with Sandy today and it was absolutely fantastic. I am a tourist and walked in off the street and asked if they had any free spots and I was treated like I was one of their most valuable customers. The facial was one of the nicest I’ve had, and has left my skin looking and feeling great.
K.I enjoyed an absolutely wonderful facial. The therapist was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable being shaped rather than flat as in most places. I highly recommend adding a Royale Beauty visit to the list of must dos when visiting New Plymouth!

B.I got my lashes done from Codi and was so impressed with how they turned out, I’ve always been self conscious with my short eyelashes and I loved how my set looked! They gave me so much more confidence. Codi has also waxed me and I felt really comfortable, she has a professional manner as well as being a good conversationalist. Royale is a salon you can really relax at and know you’ll be treated with respect and kindness.
e.Had my eyebrows shaped and tinted a couple of weeks ago and they were perfect ! Lovely kind staff and a clean welcoming environment beautifully designed looks so small from the outside but really big on the inside 10/10 recommend coming to see these girls for any of your beauty needs

R.I’ve just had the Dermalux LED facial with FREE jelly mask. It was heavenly. First of all it was so relaxing and secondly my skin feels tightened but also plumped. It feels so soft, refreshed and amazing. 😍🤩🥰. Words can’t adequately describe it. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’ll definitely be having this facial again
