Been coming here occasionally for a few years now and never, ever, disappointed. The staff here are wonderful and give a great customer experience. They definitely put the customer first. Today I jumped in with an emergency eyebrow situation and they sorted me out straight away with empathy and great value for money. I feel welcome here and so I’m not going anywhere else. I cannot fault the service I receive at Royale Beauty - the girls are amazing. They are all very professional and certainly know their stuff. What sets Royale apart from a lot of other beauty salons is the atmosphere -, the girls are great to have a laugh with and so easy going, I always feel so comfortable there. I had a pumpkin facial with Sandy today and it was absolutely fantastic. I am a tourist and walked in off the street and asked if they had any free spots and I was treated like I was one of their most valuable customers. The facial was one of the nicest I’ve had, and has left my skin looking and feeling great.

I had the pleasure of Sandy doing an eye lash lift today.. I absolutely rate Sandy highly, for her experience, gentleness, knowledge and passion of her profession.. I love that she is always keeping up with new products, techniques.. She used the new LVL Lash Lift on me today and I am very impressed with the results, my lashes look thicker, lifted and best of all no mucking around with mascara.. Thanks Sandy, beautiful job ☺️

I got my lashes done from Codi and was so impressed with how they turned out, I’ve always been self conscious with my short eyelashes and I loved how my set looked! They gave me so much more confidence. Codi has also waxed me and I felt really comfortable, she has a professional manner as well as being a good conversationalist. Royale is a salon you can really relax at and know you’ll be treated with respect and kindness.

I’ve just had the Dermalux LED facial with FREE jelly mask. It was heavenly. First of all it was so relaxing and secondly my skin feels tightened but also plumped. It feels so soft, refreshed and amazing. 😍🤩🥰. Words can’t adequately describe it. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’ll definitely be having this facial again
