Always amazing service, Rachel is so knowledgeable every time I come in, whether it be product, colour, or styling tools. Came in debating whether to purchase a straightener or heated brush, she recommended the brush for what kind of styling I generally do and took the time to explain how to use it etc. could not be happier with it, used it this morning and I’m blown away! I went in today to purchase a Cloud Nine, and the lady that helped me was very informative and thorough. She explained how it works, what setting would be best for my hair and went through the box to ensure everything was there. It's rare to find good customer service where staff go the extra mile, instead of just grabbing the product and charging you.
