Mum and I had a 'couple's massage' which was absolutely lovely. Perfect amount of pressure. I went back an hour later for a reflexology session. Isobel was amazing. I kept drifting off to sleep. When I left I was so relaxed I couldn't walk properly! I will definitely be back and hopefully soon. A much needed relaxation and treatment session after too much stress.

Had an amazing experience today with the lovely Isobel. She was extremely accommodating in many ways. The premise was clean and chic. She was very warming and made me feel so relaxed throughout. The lash lift was perfect and Isobel made me feel beautiful. I will absolutely be making any excuse to come back. Thanks so much!

Beautiful setting with modern equipment and extremely clean and tidy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. A very enjoyable service which I would recommend.

I enjoyed back, shoulder and scalp massage service. The lady, who did the massage was brilliant. She does have a healing hand.The scalp massage was something different, which i have never experienced before. Therefore, it takes little while to get used to that type of scalp massage. Next time, if i ask her to massage my scalp with essential oil, then i will be fully happy with the scalp massage.:). She also gave me good advice in a genuinely caring manner.:).The first time i subscribed to their newsletter, and received a $25 voucher. After i used the service, Then friendly text message was sent to me, that offer $20 off any treatment in clinic for being a new client.:). With regards to the environment, The lady at the reception welcomed me in a friendly way. The massage therapist genuinely complimented on my clothes in a friendly manner. The area was very clean. They did have burning candle on the reception table. All the people i meet were genuinely good people. I felt the service was genuinely good. Which also makes it spiritually clean. Therefore, I will go there again. Thank you:). Love and Light goes to the people whom i met there.

I had a neck, shoulder and back massage and the massage itself was relaxing but the service before and after was uncomfortable. The ladies talked to me like I had no idea what a massage was and I was a 5 year old and they either didn't knock before coming into the room while I was getting changed (I was just lucky I had a towel covering me) or they knock and don't wait for a response. Overall I think I would go back and get different ladies and see if it was just those particular ladies who did that before I say I recomend or not.

A lovely, tidy and clean space with friendly, experienced and helpful staff. Had a good experience with full wax and manicure. It is a pity they don't offer sns gel nails with the deluxe manicure, as standard polish takes a long time to dry and is easily scuffed or damaged in the first 2 hours. Have booked again for a 2 hour pamper package. So far, very happy with the service. Will go back again.

I have seen Brooke for many years with waxing and other services. She does a thorough job and I always leave knowing a great job has been done. Brooke also does amazingly with eye brow/lash tint and shape. Highly recommend her and other services at Isobels Medi Spa.

Recently I've had my lashes lifted and my brows laminated. What an amazing job. My lashes are notoriously difficult every day to get to sit nicely and since the girls got a hold of them I've had no issues. And my Brows look sensational. Who knew I could have brows that looks so full and lush without tattoos. Thanks ladies.

Had a wonderful massage. Highly recommend. If you want relaxation then this is the place to go. Lovely staff.

Used a 2hour voucher I recieved for xmas for a lovely relaxing afternoon yesterday. Massage, microdermabrasion facial, pedicure and eyebrows- Thanks Nicola! Regularly come here for waxing as they do a good job at a good price. The massages I have had here have always had me feeling a million bucks so I must include them more this year.

Beautiful experience for myself and two daughters. Very Pampered ! Staff are lovely. Premises is clean, tidy and 5 star. Would recommend and would be sure to go back next time in Palmerston North. Thanks

Really good spa, really friendly and nice, and always happy to help, even with short-notice appointment changes, and very reasonably priced for the high quality service and location. I highly recommend Nicola, she does a fantastic job, personally wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a disappointing massage from irene and posted a 2 star review. Isobel offered to give me another herself, it was absolutely amazing. Isobel took the feedback well, and said she will arrange some further training for irene. 1st massage the room was cold and bright, pressure weak with bony fingers. 2nd massage was warm and dimly light, isobel continued to check pressure was ok, nice and firm and she definitely worked my tension knots out. Thank you.

I went window shopping at first. Compared prices from multiple body shops. These guys are by far the cheapest for males (specifically) ... But also the lady I had with me was really good for my first time and did well at keeping up conversation while I winced in pain #Waxing #FirstTime
