Somewhat disappointed, for the price and service outcome. I received a copper colour, where a patch on my front was missed and is quite noticeable. As for my cut, I showed the length I wanted off with my fingers and explained it to be thinned out a lot, as my hair is really thick. After cutting my hair, I had to request it shorter 3 more times and it was still not above the shoulder - after being straightened it was uneven and still thick, where some ling curtain bangs were rushed and styled not to my natural part, as they were closing and wanted to go home. The copper colour has faded dramatically, and I use all of the appropriate hair care. Staff super friendly, but I feel as though the manager should have offered to check after seeing my hair cut afterwards

First time at Spectra and overall fabulous service with a super kind team. Everything from booking to the actual hair day was fabulous, and Amelia took such great care of my hair! Offered tea and asked whether I was comfortable, which I appreciated. Came out with beautifully coloured and styled hair ❤ Couldn't recommend Spectra enough!

I’ve had curly dark coloured hair my whole life and every time I’ve tried to lighten my hair I have looked like I belong in the lion king. Matt has done an incredible job running highlights through my curls, even keeping the majority of my length. Maddison thank you for taking so much time to get colour off my skin I really appreciate it. Just as a suggestion maybe the salon could look at getting an air conditioning unit, it was near unbearable, yes hot today but it would make it so much more pleasant during summer.
