I'm not one to usually post negatively about a place, however I was extremely unsatisfied with how my nails turned out. I did end up going else where to get them taken off and redone, which is the first time I've ever done that, as I'm not usually too fussy about what my nails look like, but I felt to embarrassed to have nails looking like they did unfortunately. They didn't file, shape or do any other nail care besides buff. There was a fair bit of polish on the skin which meant that it was lifting up already and I could tell it would start chipping in a few days. The lady that kindly done my nails, was proud of how she did, in which made it difficult to let her know how unsatisfied I actually was. Don't get me wrong, their customer service is excellent as they are very welcoming and chatty, so kudos to the team for that. 🙌🏼 I would consider coming back, but definitely won't be getting my nails done here again, sorry. Thank you for your service anyhow.

Such a lovely environment, I had my well overdue eyebrows done and after such a busy week at work it was really nice to have a relaxing massage in such a calming environment. Very polite, friendly and professional staff members who do an awesome job. Will definitely be back:)

Great experience getting my nails done here with Helen. She was really good, and super efficient!! The fastest I have ever had my nails done without compromising quality. And reasonably priced too. Will definitely be returning!

First time experience on Saturday. Very friendly relaxed staff. Made us feel very welcome and also happy to take the time to explain their many other services. Have rebooked and happy to recommend to others.

I tried the Relaxation Pod very very good for my legs and back. I've had surgery and spasms and arthritis plus swollen knee, cyst. It felt good and after using it I was able to walk for 30 minutes. I usually only walk for 5 to 10 mins then sore. That was this morning and now at 4pm I still feel good. So I can recommend it to everyone with annoying injuries and consistent pain, that wears you down.

Amazing staff, great place in the middle of palmy. One off primo massage chair for use before appointments, this place is great!

The ladies at Studio 31 are super friendly and helpful. Especially when it comes to intimate jobs like Brazilian waxing. They also are good at what they do.

Float. Was amazing. As it was my first float, it took me a while to totally relax so I think I will require a couple more to totally immerse myself. But would recommend. Maybe a few more non-slip pads on the floor wouldn't go amiss for people like me who fall over their own feet on a good day!! Recommend the experience however. Friendly staff, well explained, relaxing, economically friendly!

Helen was absolutely amazing. I lost my eyebrows due to chemo and I asked her that I want a very natural look with normal thinner eyebrows to what the latest fashion seems to be. She listened to my requests and did my eyebrows beautifully. I am super happy.

Such a big fan of the flotation pod, have been many times and always feel so vibrant and energized afterwards. Another fav of mine is their micro needling experience and results. Looking forward to my next relaxing pod experience.

I discovered Studio 31 by using google, I visited the studio before booking my treatment. I was welcomed by Wendy the owner and her ladies. Instantly I felt I had been a customer for ever. I am now a regular customer and have had several treatments. Any treatment you desire will exceed expectation but I do want to single out their cosmetic tattoo treatment. If this is one treatment you are hesitate to take the plunge, let me put you at ease. Kate is brilliant and very good. Her consultation puts you completely at ease and the end result exceeds your expectation. Ladies and men (yes they do men's treatment) if your looking for a great service but also a fun time with great happy staff this is the place for you.

Brilliant. Lovely helpful team. Lots of pampering to be had. I got my sparse eyebrows tattooed. I'm so pleased with them. A bit expensive, but in the long run well worth it.

Same day booking, great gel manicure. They have tons of gel colors to choose from!

Went for a float tank the price is right but really limited in what they can give you inside the tank in terms of sound/music sort of ruined the experience

Best place for body massage

One of the few places that do threading. They were able to fit me in as a walk in client straight away. Friendly service, would recommend 😊👍🏼
