I have been seeing Anne for nearly 8 1/2 years now. The professionalism, knowledge and passion that Anne brings to her work is some of the best I have ever come across in the beauty industry, both nationally and internationally. Anne is able to make you look and feel amazing with all her treatments, in particular her facials the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Anne for any beauty treatment.

I have been a client Room of Beauty for 4 years now and am extremely sad to say goodbye. I have the most problematic dry skin that Anne has taken amazing care of . She is highly skilled, knowledgeable and just really lovely to be around. I would recommend her without hesitation .

Every facial I’ve had with Anne has been amazing! I always feel great by the end of it! Her consultation and recommendations on services and products are always on point. I have used Anne for almost 10 years and I can say without a shade of doubt that she has been the best beautician I have had. She is amazing at making you feel at ease and relaxed. You don’t feel pressurised in trying other services and products. Her facials are such an amazing experience! She is kind and friendly and will always accommodate you if she can. I wish Anne all the best in her ne life in Papomoa. I will truly miss her but All her new clients will be so lucky to have her.

Anne is a lovely wax therapist and always made me feel comfortable. She gave me great advice for after care and we had lovely conversations.

Before discovering Anne, I was growing increasingly frustrated with my skin. No matter how many lotions and potions I bought to improve my skin appearance, absolutely nothing worked - my face remained dry and dull and the lines were becoming increasingly obvious. Meeting Anne was a complete game changer. After only one session I walked out feeling absolutely amazing and was optimistic about improving my complexion. Anne knows skin! She was so informative about the products she used and was completely accurate with her recommendations for my skin. Not to mention the incredibly relaxing space she has created for her treatments. I honestly can not recommend Anne enough. So pleased to have found her!

Anne at Room of Beauty is an amazing facialist that I have been seeing for treatments for about 15 years. I will happily travel 40 minutes for one of Anne's treatments because she is simply the best! Luxurious products & a gorgeous treatment room are the icing on the cake. I have had treatments in many different countries around the world & Anne is easily the amongst the best. Highly recommend!

I've been a regular customer of Anne for almost a year now, and I would not go anywhere else. First of all, Anne's salon is absolutely pristine - the kind of place that makes you feel relaxed and special as soon as you step in. Then, Anne is a truly talented therapist. I've been doing facial with her, and not only does Anne use high-quality, natural products, but she will also combine them with a massage that will leave you truly relaxed and pampered. Each time, she makes my skin glow. Finally, Anne really cares about her clients, and will take the time to make your skin feel good from outside, but also from inside, with holistic advice. She retails some really good quality products for a very decent price, and she will be able to advise you on how to transition to more organic, natural beauty products, one step at a time, without being too pushy. Anne is just perfect.

I had the most amazing “Slow Beauty Facial” with Anne recently and although I’ve had several facials before - I reckon this was the best. Although it was 1.5 hr it definitely didn’t feel too long. It was so relaxing that I actually dozed off at one stage. Anne’s technique is so thorough and professional and she explain’s beforehand what was involved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone in future. I have even booked my next one. 😘

I love visiting Room of Beauty for my waxing services, I find Anne extremely lovely, friendly, kind, and always enjoy a catch up and chat! ADDITIONAL: I'm updating this review to say that since my last review I've been back to Anne for facial and massage services - both of which have been the best I've ever had the joy of experiencing! I've never been a fan of facials but after Anne's techniques I'm now hooked! - An absolute must for a treat for yourself, or the perfect gift for someone you care about.

I started coming to Anne when she introduced the Janesce skin care range. It's great to find a talented beauty therapist who believes in an holistic approach. Anne's facials are absolutely DIVINE - just outstanding. She has a natural touch and instinctively takes care of you. With her warm personality and beautiful surroundings - you feel like you are really treating yourself to some serious pampering.

Anne has created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing experience. I have known Anne for over 12 years as we both studied at the Wellington school of beauty therapy (Elite International school of Beauty) She has the most amazing healing hands! Her warm kind manner coupled with her healing hands and fantastic range of holistic products truly leave a mark on me, when ever I visit her place. When Janesce products say they will give you 'that facial glow' they mean it! Janesce products are the only skin products in my opinion that actually work and actually keep your skin hydrated for a full 12 hours! There's a few reasons that i drive a few hours just to see Anne from 'Room of Beauty.' 1. The products work and I will only let Janesce products be used on my skin now and Anne is the closest Beauty Therapist to me who uses Janesce products. 2. Anne knows my skin, knows the history of my skin and is able to advise me on even the smallest aspects of any issues I'm having and is happy to talk through other supplemental products that Janesce offers to keep my skin glowing. I could easily go see a Beauty therapist closer to me for a facial. But they don't use Janesce products so I'm happy to travel to treat my skin because plain and simple-Janesce is all natural makes my skin look and feel hydrated, beautiful and glowing. If you use the facial mists, if you do the skin soaking, you won't have to wait for a facial to glow. You will be glowing EVERY DAY. Thank you Anne and the Janesce team!

Best facial and relaxation massage. Unfortunately Anne is moving away, so this was my last chance to indulge.

Have been a couple of times. Great service with a smile. Treatments are thorough and relaxing, definitely a treat and a nice time out. Facilities are a in home spa, it is well set up, modern and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
