Great service all with a smile. I have been going to Flame for around 12 years. I know all the stylists.

I have a lot of anxiety going to the hairdressers, but they were really nice and I am super pleased with my hair cut. A friend of mine recommended them a while ago, I am glad I went. Super proffessional and really chill. Definitely recommending all my friends go here than anywhere else!

I've been coming here for years so I thought I'd share, why that is! The salon is set back off the road, so only other customers see me with colour on. There is off-road parking. The salon has a lovely relaxed feel, it's modern, always clean and tidy and the background music is not over powering. The stylists are always friendly and upbeat. A full consultation is done at each of my appointments, the colour and cut is checked, and I'm asked if I want anything different, then my coffee order is taken, before anything is done to my hair. I've been going long enough and know the stylists well enough, that on the very rare occasion that I've not been happy, (mostly colour issues), I'm able to voice my views and I've never left the salon with a "bad hair do"! It's all about the whole salon experience for me and I really enjoy returning each month.

Sorry, won’t be back. I don’t think it’s very nice to charge $60 for a tablespoon of hair to be cut off. Strangest excuse for a fringe I’ve ever received 😂
