B.Priscilla did an awesome job fixing my colour that was not done very well by another stylist. I am so pleased with the end result, she knew exactly what I wanted and delivered. She is an asset to Kess hair salon.

t.A long process but and a EXTREMELY entertaining hair dying session. The overall vibe and interactions with all staff were very enjoyable. They are extremely easy to approach and have unbelievable senses of humour. Priscilla was ESPECIALLY funny! She was always making sure you were comfortable! Overall it was an unique experience and would definitely come again!

Ladies working there are very lovely with a bubbly attitude. Makes me smile and feel at home whenever we have a chat together 🥰 They also know their stuff when it comes to maintaining bleached hair, such as the type of products to use to retain the hair colour and quality👱♂️
Overall, I am absolutely impressed by the service and quality of the finished product 🤩 Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to change their hair up like me 😜
N.Hairdressers are friendly, listen to and produce results of what you ask for. Was initially disappointed at being made to pay more than quoted without any explanation other than they have had a price change. Once raised they were quick to apologise and refund the difference. At the end of the day my daughters hair looks lovely, the hairdresser was a sweetheart and would return.
V.It had been my first time in 7 years since I got my hair cut. I had a bad experience from a previous hairdressing place I went too. So I avoided going back to another. Until yesterday. The staff were really polite. I had been given to a wonderful women who had been nice when I walked in. I don't know her name but I don't want to attempt to make up a name for this wonderful women. Even though my appointment had been haft an hour later. I had been the next one to get the snip.
I'm really thankful for you're staff and the hairdressers. I would recommend this place. And will be back for a hair dye some time soon. Thanks again.

4.Was wary to come here at first as it used to have a bit of a stigma a number of years ago, but a couple of months ago, the African lady (im not sure of her name) gave me the BEST damn haircut of my life! Was a nice blunt chop but also thinned it out for me so that my ends didn't look too heavy! She was also such a funny person! Wish i had come here for my last haircut, but unfortunately was out of town! Will be coming back when i need to!
