Awesome service every time. I've recently moved to Pukekohe and I'm glad I found Total Beauty (Jo) who listens to what you want and makes appropriate suggestions/recommendations to suit what I wanted done. I am also super pleased with their service guarantee. I've had regular appointments since and Jo always advises that I get in contact if a few of my lash extensions falls within 7 days and she has rectified a couple of times that they have (at no extra charge). Super pleased. Thanks Jo 😊

I have been a regular waxing client for over 5 years. I've never had a problem with any of the girls services. Keep it up girls- awesome team work ;).

Communication was fantastic!!!.Thanks for the contactless delivery. I was nearly out of my Aspect products and my usual place wouldn't deliver. Once lockdown is over i will definitely book in a faical with you. Very happy.

Had my first ever set of lash extensions done here a couple days ago. The technician was so nice and knew exactly what I wanted. Such a relaxing procedure as well, and in one hours time I had gorgeous long lashes! Will definitely be going back <3

Whether it's my eyebrows or a facial, Jo and Mel always ensures I feel absolutely pampered. It's a pleasure to visit, the salon are gorgeous... I also have Fantastic eyebrows thanks to the girls...For once I have found a place who actually listens to the client....5star from me.

I come here on a regular basis to get the brow tidy with brow and lash tint ($40). I see Jo each time and she makes my brows look on point every single time. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face now! The complex itself is small but bright, clean and tidy.

Fabulous lashes! I got a full set done 12 days ago and they're still ALL attached!. Finally a place who knows what they are doing!. Highly recommend the girls at total beauty.

I had a full set of lashes done and I left feeling so happy and over the moon!. The BEST EYELASH EXTENSIONS I have ever had and aftercare advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I have found my beauty place :). Looking forward to my next appointment :) Seriously girls you both look like twins :) Lovely team.

I always have a great experience here. The ladies are so friendly and even when it’s very busy they are calm and collected. They are experts at what they do and are always happy to provide advice. It’s the best place in Pukekohe for eyebrows and eyelash extensions ;).

Jo and Mel are great beauty therapists. I go there once a fortnight to get my nails done and waxing. They always do a wonderful job! The salon is lovely and clean, always feel welcome there.

such a great experience :-) really worth the price compared to other beauty therapy shops. Brilliant wax job done i'll be booking again! Other than that I do think the shop needs a bit more colour to the company signage outside pretty bland just brown and white writing maybe add a logo that's just my opinion. But overall great experience great friendly customer service and clean environment. Two thumbs up for me.

Beautiful clean and tidy salon. The girls are amazing!.. I Had a facial and I must say I am very impressed. I've had a few facials in the past and I haven't been overly impressed. I can't wait to start the skincare package, I highly recommend the skincare package to everyone. Great idea

Absolutely love this place!. Both girls are amazing. I had a few treatments for my wedding.. Loving my SNS nails and Eyelash extensions. My spraytan is beautiful!, Very natural and omg my brows are finally perfect!. Thankyou girls.

Splendid customer experience. The reception lady is a great chatterbox to have a conversion with and I like that not a quiet keep to yourself environment just sitting and waiting to be called up next like your typical medical centre. Ki Ora! Ki Ora! I came in last week to get my toes & fingers done for my uncles sons wedding and the staff that work at total beauty did a mean as job really great job aye! the staff are 10/10 real down to earths and I was even offered me a cup of tea and tim tam biscuits for my wait that was a nice bonus. Ka Pai Total Beauty!! I'll be coming in again 100%

I had a bad fall on the building site 2 weeks ago bruised my back in a couple of places and my doctor suggest I rest up and get a few deep tissue massages and as I live out in the Bombay area i had to find someone so my wife said go to this place in the heart of Puke called Total Beauty, I walked in and booked an appointment last Saturday and the lady said 'cool come back in 2 hours i'll be free then to fit you in' I'll be booking again for next month I'll watch my back so the boys don't see me going into a beauty shop haha!
