Being an older lady I was very nervous about having my eyebrows tattooed. Sophie put me completely at ease. The process is painless in fact for me very relaxing. I love the way my eyebrows are so natural looking! Wake up with makeup!

There is no where else to go for your micro blading and permanent needs. Every treatment I’ve had has exceeded my expectations. Has been professional and with incredible results! I couldn’t recommend more highly.

A huge thank you to Sophie & Tessa. Bookings and communication with Tessa ,even during these covid times has always been quick and easy, genuine service with a smile. Sophie is friendly, professional, makes you feel comfortable and at ease and is happy to work to my requirements, but also confident with recommending ideas. My permanent brow tattooing looks amazing and I could not be more rapt with the service and outcome. Thanks Ladies !!

Huge thank you to Lisa..she the one doing my eyebrow...i like it so much..all though not total heal yet..just finishing my touch up couple days a go..excited to see the final result..again thank you Lisa..hopefully see you again in 12 months..and I surely recommend you to all my friends..

Sophie was great and took on my eyebrows that I had done down in Christchurch after moving up to Nelson. She took her time and talked me through what would be happening. Very please and happy. Thank you

I had the absolute pleasure of having Rachel tattoo my eyebrows a couple of months ago and to say i was impressed is an understatement! Her knowledge, care, talent and attention to detail surpasses any i have seen in other salons. Nelson is very lucky to have each of these ladys to take care of their beauty needs all of the work that leaves this salon is first class 😍👌

Lisa did an amazing job of my eyeliner and lip tattoo.i am super happy with the result. I love them! She is very professional and thorough! Highly recommend.

I had been given a gift of an Antiaging Microdermabraison Facial. The overall welcoming, ambiamce and tidiness of the salon was great, however, some notice on their site about being upstairs would have been good especially to an older person like me. Never having had this proceedure done before, I have some observations I would like to share. * the young person doing the treatment did not introduce herself * long black hairs were left on the towelling pillow and very visible...are they not changed between clients? (I removed them when her back was turned not wanting to cause a fuss!) * Nothing was explained or why she was doing each proceedure, even though I'd said I had never had it done before * No warning or cue was given before touching my face which made me jump as my eyes were closed * treatments were only to the chin and jaw line, nothing done on the neck, even the face powder at the end....who wears makeup like that with a visible line? * dye was left on my finger and under the nail of one hand transferred from her hands after the hand/arm massage...possibly from my brow tint. She did attempt to remove it when I asked about it to no avail and it is still there after lots of scrubbing....not a nice look! * no warning or explanation about when the microdermabrasion was to be done which startled me. My skin does feel nice today for which I thank her, however if paying $120 ($85 on Grab-one) I would have expected a lot more professionalism and courtesy than I received during my visit. I am sure my observations will be taken into account and sorted for the next person. Catherine J.

Absoloutly amazing, what a transformation. Super impressed with the service and clinic. Rachel was so nice and talked me through the whole process. If your thinking about it. Do it!!!! Best decision ever.
