Very friendly staff and an incredible range of products. A definite favourite while out looking for presents. I've always found the staff to be very warm and welcoming. It is only a pleasure to visit and I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff.

Definitely impressed with the service from the Richmond Mall store. I went in to get a birthday present for my mum and i had one item in mind but i wanted to get more, unfortunately i myself don't know much about body care products and was a bit out of my comfort zone but the lovely lady Veronika was very helpful and pointed me in the right directions with what was the go to and made me feel very welcoming well being in the store which i am very grateful and appreciate it ever so much! Once again thank you for your patience and time.
