Shipping was quite fast, even though I ordered the products near Christmas and they may be busy with a lot of orders. I also received a $10 voucher for the next order, which was great. I bought Kiwiherb Kid Calm and it really helps my 10 month old kid settle down every time when he goes to bed. Definitelty will order on this website again.

I first discovered their bricks-and-mortar retail business in Auckland (New Lynn) where they stocked a huge range of ethically sourced and environmentally sustainable products. I would drive down to shop. When COVID hit and the company decided to return to a strictly online business model, I was concerned that it would become harder to purchase products that were difficult or impossible to source from other, local retail outlets. I needn’t have worried; this is a company that excels at online retail!
I usually purchase about $100 worth of product each time I shop, so the shipping is free in NZ (anything over $50), the delivery is packaged using only recyclable materials and has always (so far) arrived on the second day after ordering, and the courier—as requested—always leaves the parcel right up at the front door - It’s actually easier to shop with HealthPost online than it was to drive to their store.
Plus, the website design is simple to use and full of specific information about use, ingredients, directions for use, and precautions. They have discount sales, and you earn rewards as you shop, but there’s also other, little ‘extras’ that make a real, personal difference to the retail experience: For instance, when I signed up, I was asked to supply my birthdate, which I did but wondered about, on my birthday I was offered a $10 discount on my next order. Even their emails, promotional and otherwise, are really well thought out - they feel personal, upbeat, and contain direct links to your account, likewise, the pics of ordered product in the emails link back directly to the product online.
Here’s a kicker: in my last order, I purchased a product that I knew was (sometimes) available at The Chemist Warehouse, but the cost was less at HealthPost.
People are going to read this review and imagine that I work for the company, not the case - it’s a glowing review because I 100% back this company: Great service, ethical products, and they care about their customers and the planet. Without hesitation… 5 star!
A. B.First time I went there the ladies were so polite friendly & really helpful. Second time I went there was a young girl at the counter who didn't smile had this negative vibe about her and made me feel very uncomfortable and gave me the Artemis tester instead of a sealed package. I did call and got the exchange. I continue to purchase online apart from that one person everybody is friendly and helpful and the store has all the products you needs.
A. S.I've been buying my vitamins and some beauty products from Health Post for years. I love the amount of products that are vegan and cruelty free! Some of the cheapest prices I can find. They can have really good sales. I normally buy online - delivery is always super quick - receive my orders 24-48 hours after ordering. Been into the New Lynn store a couple of times and the ladies there are always really helpful.
