F. R.Went in because of the reviews. Modern and clean place, yes. Talent I looked for - no. The cut is no better than before, will have to look for someone else, again. A good hairdresser is apparently hard to find. Don't know how some of them end up in hair salons. I give it the 3 for the dye.
