L.This was my first time at a new hairdressing salon and it won’t be my last. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional making it such a lovely experience. Destiny was incredible and did exactly what I wanted plus more with my hair. I’m so happy and will definitely come back to Destiny & Lush hair 👍
T.I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time and only waited a short while for my stylist to arrive. She introduced herself and we headed off to make a start. Even though I have had a couple of Keratin Straightening's before she explained the process to me and the consult was professional and I felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Danja (pronouced Darn-ya) she was very professional, happy, and great to have a banter with. Best of all - THE GREATEST Keratin Straightening I have ever received.
R.Third time being here and always satisfied!❤ the staff members are friendly and they made sure to consult to the others to meet customer's expectations. They sell range of Kerastase's product too if you're looking around Rotorua. For people who love their hair washed before cutting it, this is a place to go.

T.Just had an amazing haircut from Leia (emerging stylist). She was professional, knowledgeable and all the staff were super friendly. She far exceeded my expectations and even asked if there was anything else I would like done to my hair before she finished 😍
I have thick, curly hair and dread getting my haircut as I often leave salons disappointed. This is the second time I have been to Lush and both times I have walked away loving my hair.

T.Had a lovely pedicure with a friendly and helpful lady. It was pleasant and well done. However some of the nail polish has come off after less than 24 hours without any obvious reason. More direction regarding how long to leave it before having a spa would’ve been helpful.
E.Evie gave me a lash lift & tint and I can't speak highly enough of the results! It's been three weeks and they still look incredible, my lashes are literally touching my brows and super black still. Very happy with the results and will be back!
A.Stacey is amazing! I have dry, frizzy, crazy curly hair that was breaking off and in a shambles. She gave me a great long layered cut, was a wealth of knowledge and recommended products (was not pushy) that have totally converted me from daily ghd use to embracing my natural more healthy curls! Wonderful experience, Stacey is brilliant! I’ll be back when I’m in the country, highly recommend!

So impressed with the product & doubly impressed with the stylist Destiny who not only knew all about the product, she also knows how it's done. Definitely recommend the Salon & staff.
