I always get my hair done by SUMMER, she's so lovely and really great at what she does. I have had Kerasilk Straightening treatment twice. My hair is so much more manageable. (Very highly recommended for naturally curly hair like mine) Also had full head foils to lighten my hair to blend nicely with my greys. Summer looked after me and the condition of my hair so very well. I love walking out of there feeling like a new person just because my hair looks so good and I especially love the fact I actually like my hair these days. Such an enjoyable and personal experience I travel from Waihi to Rotorua, thats how good the service is. I won't go anywhere else. I love the complimentary hot chocolate, juice and fudge while waiting too!

Summer is a fantastic hairdresser ☀️😁 Very professional, smart and such a lovely person! Excellent foils and hair cut with great recommendations for care/colour of my hair. Summer went above and beyond fixing my wild and thick hair and spent a lot of time and effort which showed with the end result. If you open your own salon I'll be there 🤩 get it girl!!

On holiday here for a few days and my teenage daughter overdue for a trim. We made an appointment with Vivo and ended up with Jessica . How lucky for us. Super thorough, great advices and what an awesome job she did. She would be our girl if we would live here! Thanks for everything, you are such a nice warm lady! And we know where to go in rotorua for donuts, dumplings and dinner! All the best Jessica!

Great experience all round, good communication from receptionist, I left a message on answer machine and they got back to me within 10 mins. Receptionist could've been a bit freindlier when customers arrive. Excellent hairdresser, didn't talk too much just got on with my hair request, took her time, I got exactly what I went in for! I am definitely going back! Went back here recently August 2020, not great. Had a keratin treatment and has not come out well. The lady who did was so nice but she was not a fully qualified hairdresser. I feel like it should have been and I would have come out with a better outcome. I have had keratin treatments in the past from Vivo in another town and they come out awesome.

This is Dianne (Steve's phone) Jess, colored my hair and trimmed today. If I lived here in NZ, she would be my hair stylist. She is very professional, who also listens and does exactly the style I wanted and needed. My hair is curly and it looks great. Many Thank You!!!

Had an excellent hair stylist, Kyle especially as I've only had my hair done at hairdresser once before. Had my long hair cut for short style, Kyle was very professional, made the whole process enjoyable and very happy with my cut. Going back for ?colour/cut soon. EX Kyle ****

First time taking my son to a Hairdresser for a cut as we usually whip into a barber, but won't be whipping to the barber anymore now that we have found Donald. Awesome cut, my son loves his "little hair" (a number 1 fade), very relaxed yet professional and made my son very comfortable. I will be sending anyone else I know to see him. Thanks Donald and I'll be booking the other son in😊.

Staff is so nice and friendly. Susan is so nice even Jess and d manager Sue and even d maori girl who works there was nice.will definitely go back there! Even made another appointment for next month!

Went to Vivo in the hopes of salvaging my long hair after a botched colour from another salon had left my hair looking and feeling like straw. It was that bad that I had resigned myself to the fact that I could be looking at having to cut most of it off into a bob! Enter 👑Donald👑 my new fav Hair Stylist at Vivo Rotorua who worked his magic, he listened to my concerns, we discussed ideas, he gave me some recommendations & walked me through his plan of action... I went with it as he said he could salvage most of the length & fix the colour & I figured I had nothing to loose. Boy was I glad I listened to 👑Donald👑 cause he was true to his word he salvaged most of the length, fixed the colour & restored my hairs lustre leaving my hair feeling & looking like silk! The end results literally brought me to tears of happiness, what Donald had achieved was nothing short of a miracle! I also like being able to get my eyebrows & lashes tinted whilst waiting for the colour & toner to process by the lovely Beauty Therapist 🌸Danielle🌸. The consultation was attentive & informative, the end results far exceeded my expectations and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! I would highly recommend Vivo Rotorua 😉😊Thank you Donald and Danielle for doing a fabulous job x
