G.After moving to Millwater only a few months ago, I could not be happier to have found Invive Spa – and it is within walking distance too (so lucky… but dangerous)! I visited Invive for the first time with my Mum for 60-minute Rebalance Massages and we cannot stop talking about our experience here, it was amazing! From the moment we stepped into Invive we both felt a sense of calmness, it is such a beautifully designed space (I even took photos for inspiration in designing my own home). The owner Haley and all of the staff are so lovely + friendly – they make you instantly feel so comfortable! We enjoyed a lemon water before our massages – which we both said are the best and most calming / relaxing massages we have ever had. We then spent time afterwards in the beautiful space enjoying a delicious berry smoothie, detox tea and cucumber mint water – it was just what we needed! Since then I have also had an Accelerated Skin Boost Facial and Waxing – they do it all! I highly recommend visiting the beautiful Invive Spa. We all need to take time out of our busy lives to give back to our body – and Invive is the perfect place for this! PS – They also have amazing promotions on their website!
H.What an amazing spa! Very welcoming and professional staff and beautiful decor. I left my massage SO relaxed and refreshed, the best way to end the week. Also love the online booking and the delicious tea at the end 😋 highly recommend!

m.What a sanctuary of peace. Love a Spa that is all about giving that peaceful bliss and escaping the outside world. Had the Re-Balance Massage and it was fantastic. The treatment rooms are so relaxing and so beautiful. The music is a little more modern bliss, so nice and fresh to listen to. I'll be back to try more from the menu. At the end of massage they give you a really nice selection of drinks and some nuts, all healthy, even a nice diary free smoothy.

L.So lively had a couples massage, my partner had hot stones and I had a pregnancy massage. Both were amazing. Such a clean and relaxing spa. They also give you tea afterwards and you're welcome to stay and relax in their lounge afterwards.
B.Thank you to Hayley and Clare for my incredibly blissful Re-Balance massage. It came at the end of a tough long week and it was the perfect way to end it. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming smile and instantly relaxed and I was made to feel like I was the only person there. The massage itself was amazing and for the 60 minutes I was able to completely zone out. It was followed by some delicious treats.. I can not wait to return.

A lot of work has gone into the attention to detail. The spa is very personable and welcoming. The tray of healthy goodness after your treatment is a wonderful finishing touch.
