C.We went in today to get a haircut for our 3 year old son. Waiting time was 1 hour and a bit, but the lady attended to us as soon as she could. She was lovely and engaging to our son that helped us and our boy be comfortable. Its never easy for hairdresser to do their job with some toddlers. The lady have a good interpersonal skills to deal with young kids and grown ups. Thank you

C.Great place for a haircut, I use their app to check in ahead of time and you can view estimated waiting times at your preferred branch too, I find that super useful when planning a quick cut.
L.Haven't had a hair trim for years. I usually trim it myself... Don't always get it straight. Was shopping in silverdale , and decided to pop into Just Cut Silverdale to have a trim.. My hair is very thin and fine..
The hairdresser did about 6 snips and that was it... The cost $31.00... Went back the next day , to question the cost . Because a full hair cut costs $31.00. To be told that's the cost of a hair cut.. I explanned I only had the bottom of my hair trimmed , it was a trim not a hair cut... It appears if they scissor your hair !!! Trim ??? That's what they charge.
I feel I was ripped off.. Certainly will not be going back...
J.Really wonderful and quick service, only had to wait 5 minutes for a haircut and the lady that did my hair was so professional and did an incredible job. really reasonable pricing and will absolutely be coming back here for another haircut! The salon was really clean and kept well-being

J.I've been to Just Cuts Silverdale a few times now and I am always 100% happy with the results of each hair appointment. They take great care into getting my hair just the way I wanted it. The staff are always lovely and friendly. I do like the appointment system I can book myself in and go have a look around the shops. However I do think it might be nice to have some way I can check what number I am in the que. Still that does not change my veiw on how awesome Just Cuts Silverdale is. Easy 5 stars.

C.Bit busy during covid, but really easy to sign in and they give you an estimate on how long it will be so you can come back. Wish they clarified that your are supposed to sign in on the tablet before waiting but good experience nonetheless
