M.I recently had my very first appointment at Vivo Silverdale with Jess. I arrived on time and without any delay was invited to sit in my chair. Jess has a friendly and good natured approach. During my initial New Client Package consultation Jess was informative and professional in her recommendations for me. I felt confident that I was in very good hands with Jess. Jess also surprised me with an amazing scalp massage when washing my hair. I love the result and have had lovely compliments since from some of my friends and family. I 101% highly recommend Jess :)
K.I would highly recommend Shannon! Not only is she lovely every time I have my hair done, she has given me the colour that I was told I would never be able to have! I look forward to my appointments every 5 weeks and feel like a million dollars when Shannon is done. She also gives amazing head massages :)

E.I’ve been going to vivo for ten years and always had my hair done by Jess (S). She is the best and her skills at highlighting, balayage and cutting my hair have never let me down !! 10/10 recommend
f.I came in Monday and was a bit deflated after shedding a lot of my hair from my second child. Jade did the best balayage job with the exact colour I wanted, somehow found my old fringe and trimmed only what was necessary so kept a lot of the length. Thanks Jade, top job, will be back! You listened to everything I said :)
B.The people there are lovely, I went in for the new clients deal they offered and came out with a beautifully done cut and colour, without the deal this salon is a bit pricey but you can be sure you and your hair are being looked after well :)
