Out of towner, needed a haircut badly. First noticed this relaxing and calm atmosphere at Cremebrulee. Then, I had this amazing hair wash/head massage by this lovely young woman (sorry did not get your name)Tee?. Wau. Was going to come back just for that! Lastly, Ashley did a fantastic job cutting my unruly hair. So very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you!

Most amazing little spot ever! The girls squeezed me in last minute and they were absolutely fantastic. BEST head massage whilst washing my hair and it was styled exactly how I wanted it. Hope (I think that was her name!) took her time and did an amazing job for me. I was so grateful and will definitely be back when I'm next in town! Thank You CremeBrulee!!!

I highly recommend Creme Brulee hair salon, not only for their professionalism but also for their great atmosphere. I booked a last minute appointment last week to come in and get my hair reshaped and have been extremely happy with the results. Renee did a fantastic job and has restored my curls back to ringlets. Renee listened to my needs and was incredibly friendly and bubbly. This has been one of favourite cuts ever and I am inlove with the results! They gave me a couple of appointment times at short notice. Rachel cut his hair and trimmed his beard. Wow!! I wish I had taken a before and after photo, as the transformation was amazing! Patreece and her team came recommended when I made the move to Taupo. I have found all the girls extremely welcoming, friendly and we all on first name basis. I have had many treatments done hair, nails makeup and tints. Have never left unsatisfied. The coffee is great and the wee hand made chocolates are a highlight to my regular visits. If you looking for a great atmosphere, friendly environment, and extremely skilled hair dressers who are passionate; I would highly recommended these ladies.

Loooooved this place. I'm pretty picky about my hair cuts and the professional that did my hair was fantastic. I showed her what I wanted and she got it bang on! Thank you! Then I decided to get my brows done while I was there and I went to the back almost immediately with the brow specialist- this girl I must say was PHENOMENAL. She advised what was good for my face shape etc instead of just asking what I wanted. More beauty professionals should advise, inform, and style their clients this way. I called and emailed the owner on a Sunday as I had just done the big “no-no” in the hair dressing world. Used a drug store box colour on my hair and totally ruined it! I was in a panic!!! I wasn’t even in Taupo yet, I was driving from Mt. Manganui and had done a google search for best hair salon and Cremebrulée came up. Patreece, the owner emailed me back straight away, told me not to worry and to come to the salon at 9 am the following morning. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff and reassured that my hair Would be corrected and I would be back to a highlighted blonde! Phew!!! I was then introduced to Ti, a colour specialist who worked her magic on me for the next three hours. She was sweet, friendly and extremely professional! I LOVE WHAT SHE DID TO MY HAIR!! She saved the day!!! I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants a professional to cut and colour their hair!! I wish I lived in Taupo so I could continue to see Ti, but I am here on holiday. I thank the entire staff for being so wonderful! Love, love love my hair! 5 ⭐️ ‘s!!!

I LOVE CREME BRULEE ♡♡♡ Hi Patreece I just want to thank you for a number of things. Everytime I walk in to the salon im always greeted so warmly & kindly I am never rushed The atmosphere is gentle and a happy place to be I wondered where is Patreece( working on the business or having a well deserved day off!!!) but the ladies have it down so well working the floor & customers! The clients love coming too! Also Monique is great- she really listens & encourages good hair choices & is never grumpy at me 4 going else where! Its growing now- & such a great color thanks 2 her work yesterday. I went to see some old clients of mine yesterday & they said wow you look great- your hair look amazing!!!!!!! TLDR: Patreece is great and your hair will come out perfect! Traveler/backpacker review here: I came over from Mancraft Barbers after Patreece gave me a great cut! I wanted a perm done and Patreece could fit me in the day after I called. She made me feel super welcome and comfortable even though male perms are obviously not the most common request nowadays. As perms are known to be super tight day of, she even relaxed my hair with a gentle straightener and made it look GQ ready :). I wish I could get my hair done at Cremebrulee back home!
