I had a massage with Sam last week and could not recommend her more! I immediately booked my mum in for a massage with her as well. Beautiful salon and lots of parking!

Wow this was the best facial and neck massage ever, I highly recommend diamond laser. Sam you have the magic touch and I have immidately book my friend with you. I will be back to see you in the future.

Every time I have been here the ladies have been super friendly and professional. I have been to a few different places to get my tattoo lasered and have never felt more comfortable and trusted that they are well trained in what they're doing. Olivia does everything she can to make the time pass quicker and for the laser treatment to feel less painful. Will keep going back to Diamond Laser even now I live 3.5 hours away because it is so worth it!

My cousin and I had our makeup done for her sons wedding. We had a fantastic time with lots of laughs and both came out looking and feeling like a million dollars. The service was fantastic . After one treatment with the ultra-forma at diamond laser I could feel immediately the tightening Of my neck. There was no downtime, no bruising , just a tight feeling in my neck for about 12 days I can not believe the difference as it’s been only 5 weeks. I recommend this treatment, Olivia and her team were so helpful and very professional. I am so happy with the results.

Sam is the woman to see for waxing. Experienced, gentle and quick!

I have been to other places and none live up to the standards and care at Diamond Laser. Without exception the girls are all professional and offer excellent treatments.......and if my husband is right my facial peels are already making a difference. I am a pain as I am always rescheduling my appointments, sometime at the last minute, they never complain! I would never go anywhere else. Keep up the awesome work.

I have been going here for years and always receive outstanding service and results. I have had great results from laser hair removal on multiple areas. The full body scub and wrap was relaxing, smelt delicious and made my skin feel amazing. Olivia is the eyebrow queen and I couldn't recommend her enough for her brow shape/tint/wax :)

Olivia and all the staff have been very lovely and professional to deal with. Due to time contraints of my wedding make-up trial Olivia came into the store especially for me on a Sunday. I'm so blown away by her professionalism to listen about what style I like and make me feel like a million dollars. I will be back for sure!!

I can't speak more highly of my experience with Diamond Medispa. As a first time getting waxed, I didn't know what to expect, but Olivia was so friendly, professional she was a delight to be treated by. The facilities were clean, very pleasant in decor and although I was there for a couple hours getting it all done it just flew by! And her colleague Steph who gave a hand was equally wonderful. It was clear from how busy these ladies were, fully booked and in demand that they are the best in town. I would go nowhere else for my grooming needs from now on!

I had a lash lift with Catherine. I love the results! Highly recommend if false lashes are not your thing. Beautiful spa and great service.

I had my eyebrows microbladed in Rotorua and they were really badly botched. I got in touch with Olivia at Diamond Laser Medispa to see if she’d be able to fix them for me. She said she could and we started the process in January 2019. It wasn’t an easy job, but I now have an amazing set of eyebrows. Olivia knew what shape would suit my face and features and chose a colour that would match my natural brows. I honestly can’t thank her enough for her professionalism, knowledge and amazing work. I now have eyebrows that I’m proud of instead of the mess I was left with from the previous place. Thank you so much Olivia!!!

Great facial, lovely young therapist however would prefer not to be addressed to at hun,dear,sweet etc as I am old enough to be her mum

Fantastic! Everyone is so inviting and the girls really explain everything before and after the procedure! Super funky clinic...the forest room is my favourite, it's so relaxing! definitely the place to go!
