M.Had the potential to be a really nice experience. Received a lovely friendly welcome, including a thoughtful gift bag, and the salon was nice and clean and tidy. Although my technician was obviously experienced, she wasn't particularly friendly, and the result of my sns treatment was just ok.
Update - have been back to Envy regularly to a different technician and received wonderful service every time. Friendly and competent. Would recommend :)
B.Made an appointment over the phone, so lovely and kind! Went in to get my nails done, and Jade was my tech. Wow! She did everything so precisely! A very beautiful studio and friendly staff! Thanks very much to Jade who even helped me choose a colour! Will be returning!
T.I had a great experience there this afternoon. I didnt catch the ladies name that looked after me but she had just moved down from Auckland. My nails look amazing and she took extra care with me asking how the shape was and recommending me colours and a different look to try. Very informative. Highly reccomend 🙂

T.Service was great. The girls at Envy are really friendly and welcoming. Went in there for my nails and was very impressed with the job, they even give you a courtesy call to see if you are happy with the service which I thought was very professional and a nice touch to the experience 😊 will definitely be going back there again!

v.Wouldn't go anywhere else for my lashes! Sarah is absolutely amazing her work is the best I have had, they last for so long, just moved here and I have found my new lash lady, go see her, dont ever move from taupo sarah!!!
J.Very happy with the service and professionalism of Envy. Jade, the owner, is a talented lady who runs her salon well. Easy to use online booking makes appointments easy to make too.
C.I have had many manicures and pedicures throughout my time as a flight attendant and am accustomed to getting the fortnightly manicure. As we were in taupo for the weekend I thought why not, as you do. I asked for a shellac manicure to which I got my nails shaped, buffed and painted with shellac without the manicure and paid the required $47. I got this done on Friday and today being Monday they have already started to crack and peel.
I have not done anything more with my hands than I would usually infect I’ve done less washing up as we are on holiday. I am not seeking a refund and am not blaming the nail technician or the product but I would simply like other people to know that they are not getting their value for money and I would not recommend. I have had nails last for 3 weeks for a measly $25. #verydissapointed
