My Pure Fiji retreat treatment was pure bliss. Tilly gave me genuinely the best massage I have ever had at a day spa, relaxing yet effective, and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I will be back every time I visit Taupo.

Had a massage with a fantastic young lady but I didn’t catch her name - if it helps our appointment was 2:30 on Friday 16th July. She was a brilliant masseuse who pushed me right to the edge of consciousness. Highly recommend a massage here and love the extra touch of the dry body brush. 5 stars for the staff at this place! :)

Wow, you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. I needed some help to get products for my 15 year old daughter, Krystie was so helpful in getting me sorted with what she needs and how to use it, I also ended up getting some new makeup... they have testers and great lighting.... oh and have booked in for a hot stone massage with a facial.. that will then help me with new skin care. Hair and Nails also sorted with some amazing collagen powder from two islands :-)

What a amazing place and awesome ladies recently come for hens weekend from christchurch and got treated like queens was such a cool experience. facials we're amazing even got some bubbles can't wait to visit again when.im back

I had a lovely spa treatment here and it was a complete ‘me service’! I opted for the ‘Relax’ treatment which included an excellent massage, a complete pedicure and a lovely facial. My therapist, Isabel, really knew what she was doing and she was thorough, gentle and attentive. Highly recommended!

I contact Krystie about getting into a skin care routine for my wedding coming up and she was so helpful. I’m one of those people who have never used professional skin care products ever or hardly knew what any of them did. Going into see and talk to Krystie made me understand so much more. I purchased one of the dermatologica kits and has changed so much for me. I go to bed feeling so much happier and healthier and wake up even better. Thank you Krystie and the team. Really appreciate it

Lovely staff, I'm not really a day spa person, but I had the pure fijian facial and felt very pampered and relaxed! Cant recommend enough!

Amazing!! I was in a rush and she was still able to get me out on time with the most amazing eyebrows I have ever had!! Very professional and clean!

This place is the perfect escape, for a few hours! Possibly the best experience I have ever had. The staff are friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
