K.First time using Vivo Services. My hairstylist was Tennille and she was fantastic! Punctual, friendly, helpful and did an amazing job with my hair, I left the salon happy with the service I received. Salon was clean and tidy. A great selection of hair care products on display. I received everything that was stated in the ‘$149 First Time Client’ package which was great value for money. I was informed by my stylist of additional costs prior to my treatment (Vivo website clearly states pricing AND additional charges depending on hair). My only complaint would be some colour which was not scrubbed off my forehead and around my face. All in all I do highly recommend this business if you’re wanting great value for money, a nice atmosphere and good conversation.
S.Erin is incredible at her job, I've been seeing her since we moved to Taupō coming up 2yrs and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she's a super lovely and bubbly person as well.

M.Very friendly atmosphere. I had the loveliest experience with Erin. I have curly hair and usually leave a salon looking and feeling like a drowned rat, but she made sure she dried and styled it really nicely and I truly appreciated it 🌹

D.The wheelchair ramp coming into the salon was just perfect, new wooden one,.correct graduant. The staff were there to make sure I got in okay and very welcoming. I loved my new colour and style. A lot of fast thinking
by staff as handbasin was secured along with chairs. I am in a wheelchair and needed to get close and could not transfer to ordinary chair as getting over two badly broken legs and knee injury. So the manager got her screwdriver and wrench out and with help of the staff unscrewed chair so I got my wheelchair close to rinse out colour and cut into a beautiful style. 10 out of 10 for thinking out of the square. Highly recommend Vivo Taupo to anyone. Been to a few of their stores in their chain and this one was up at the top of the list.
B.I booked in with Susanna at Vivo Taupo and was very happy with the results! Susanna went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my cut and colour and handled my hair with such care while lightening in order to prevent it from damaging too much. Thank you so much Susanna :)
