M.I visited Steph for Bowen Therapy recently. I had been training to walk a half marathon and my calves were complaining about the work load! One Bowen Therapy session and the difference is amazing. I walked the marathon on the weekend and not one single element of pain in my calves. Having had Bowen therapy regularly over the last decade in Wellington, I can honestly recommend Steph as really achieving results.
R.Highly recommend to anyone, Steph has a very calming/caring nature about her and instantly puts you into a sense of relaxation with her massage. I had fantastic results on my shoulder with her Bowen Therapy. Will be back!
