It was my first time going to a nail salon and I'm pretty happy with how my nails turned out. I did like how they made suggestions/improvements to what I wanted since I'm not familiar with the different nail options. The only problem was when they were filing and prepping my nails for extensions and they were really rough but I guess it was because they were very busy and wanted to finish quickly. Overall great first experience, quite friendly!

Went to get a mani, pedi gels today, I love my nails but I only have one critique and that is when I got my pedicure Gina was abit rough and it hurt when she was filling and cutting the cuticles that’s all. First time going there overall experience was ok.

Pretty average but not the worst I've had... questionable general hygiene and the chair i was directed to had some kind of white spillage on both the arms, didn't get to enjoy the massage chair because it wasn't turned on, nails maybe cut too short because it hurt when she filed them (file was rubbing my skin)... I think she was In too much of a rush as they had a pretty steady flow of clientele and they managed to turn them over pretty quickly.

Enjoyed a relaxing pedicure here, lovely being pampered after a busy day of shopping. Many thanks to the friendly staff.

Love visiting..however have noticed a "shift" latley extremely busy and rushed,almost rude, some of the procedures seem to vary from technician to technician this used to be a walk in servicd, now we are always asked "have we booked"...this never use to be..need to sort this out..

Very friendly and experienced staff. I always leave with great looking fingernails and toenails. It's a busy place. You can walk in, but it's best to book if you are planning on attending a special occasion.

Set of acrylic nails done with perfection! Let’s see if it will last... but satisfied so far. Is the staff friendly?! Well... we are not hanging out over a coffee. The staff was focused and professional. She delivered what she promised and I am very grateful for that. Good job!

I have tried quite a few nail places but I keep coming back to Bethlehem Professionails because of Renee. She is fast, efficient, friendly and does a great job! I have been coming here for 3 years now and I'm not planning on going anywhere else!

I came here yesterday for a full set of acrylics and I am so so happy!! They look amazing, they are perfect size and shape and done very well, I've been here a few times and wouldnt go anywhere else! Highly recommend

if you ask for Gina its great service. The rest are not very friendly, typical impersonal rushed service, RIP the toe spreader off your foot and just walk away.
