I’ve been going to see Karen for the past 6 years for my facials and products. I don’t think I’ve ever gone in with a request for a particular facial, I usually let Karen take a look at my skin and then let Karen make the decision about which treatment would be best. I love the way Karen treats her clients with respect and doesn’t try to up sell product during the treatment, she waits until after to discuss what she recommends for you. I’ve been using the brand Karen sells for years and I have the type of skin that rebels after six months. Karen knows her products inside and out, she is incredibly knowledgeable and I’ve never had any qualms about recommending her to people.

After dealing with problem skin most my adult life it is hard to put into words just how much confidence I have gained thanks to Karen and the clear complexion she has gifted me. The confidence to walk out without make up and to tie my hair up which I hadn't done in over 10 years. Karen's knowledge of not only skin and the causes of skin issues but the ingredients in the products she uses is reassuring. Appointments with Karen are always friendly and professional as well as a good laugh.

If you want results for any skin issues go see Karen she will go that extra mile to ensure you are looked after. My teenage sons acne was vanished after a series of peels and I was glad he did not have to take any medication for this. Skin results for results.
