I had my first appointment with Leigh. She was friendly and professional. Made me feel at ease and we discussed what I wanted. She gave great advice and gave me a great haircut. I'm not always comfortable with getting a haircut but I will definitely be returning to let Leigh work her magic.

Had the most wonderful experience with Chere, Who did not hesitate when I came in with a full head of outgrown hair from having a baby, now a toddler. Being a mum you do not get much time for yourself. So this is the time I cherish. When walking in I did not get judged, or talked down to. I got treated the opposite, Chere is a friendly hair stylist who you know is absolutely passionate about her job xxx Can't wait to come back next time

I tried Vivo Upper Hutt for the first time last Saturday and had an amazing experience! Sarah did a great job on my hair, she listened to what I wanted, talked me through each step and gave me some handy tips on how to maintain healthy hair without making me feel judged. The salon itself was clean and all of the hairstylists were lovely and bubbly! Can’t wait to go back again for my next cut and colour.

For someone who HATES going to the hairdressers this was an amaazing experience. I felt super relaxed and in good hands. I really appreciated talking through my colour and hair style before doing it... I mean I was cutting off 25cm!! I am so thankful for girls at vivo making me feel so beautiful 💕 100% reccomend to ANYONE

I could not more highly recommend Chere from Upper Hutt Vivo - she is hands-down the best colourist and stylist I have ever had. I've been significantly changing my hair colour and going blonde for almost 15 years and have been to many of Wellington's salons. I have been coming to Chere for a year now (after my previous salon burnt my hair off and couldn't fix the orange roots they'd done). Chere worked with my fried hair, rehydrating and making the blonde perfect. She takes pride in a clean, bright platinum. I have naturally very dark brown and she took me to a really beautiful lifted ashy platinum blonde. I am so stoked we have such high quality in Upper Hutt! You can see her work on chere_vivo on Insta too for proof. Top quality banter too.

Used the new client 1/2 foils + cut voucher today. Sarah did a great job and really happy with the result! Such a treat, hadn't had my hair done in a long time. Only thing is that the toner cost extra ontop of the voucher. It mentioned that in the fine print, but strange buying a foils voucher when the colour isn't included in the price 🤷‍♀️ (not a fault with UH vivo, just something to be aware of if buying the voucher online). I also surprised my mum and organised for her to have her hair cut fixed up, and she was stoked. Sarah did a beautiful job and I really appreciated her fitting her in. Also gave a new client discount because we hadn't been before which was a bonus. On the whole my experience at upper hutt vivo was excellent! 😁👌

Chere from Vivo Upper Hutt is the loveliest lady who you can chat with about anything, and most of all does the most AMAZING hair. Today I showed her a picture and she made my hair look even better than the picture. She puts in the hard work and it pays off. Can truly say I will never go anywhere else :)

I really appreciated the breadth of Sheree's knowledge. I also was very happy with the service. I went back because the color had yellowed. It was corrected perfectly and I am so happy with the results. Brilliant service!!

Wow so impressed with these girls. My hair is pretty bloody long and i dont treat it very well. Went in got an appointment same day, was treated with the upmost respect. Customer service was on point 100%. I got exactly what I asked for. Even the trim was minimal which is what i was really worried about. Thank you girls I will definitely be back. Thanks for making me feel like a super star 🙂🙂 i got a cut and some dying of 2 colors (one being an greyey blonde and had dye in hair previously the colour came out beautifully).
