I've been going to Asiana Day Spa (and before that Evergreen Spa) for waxing and massages for 18 years. The service is always excellent and it's great value for money. Highly recommend!

The wife and I had a half hour massage last Friday. The massage was top notch, I had my back neck and shoulders done and the wife had reflexology done. Great value and a great massage 10/10 highly recommend.

Excellent ambience and decor. Nice soft music. Superb couples experience. They ask what areas require treatment and the degree of pressure required. The spa at the end was a treat. Totally recommend this package and Asiana day spa. What I've realised over time is s good massage experience means something different to each and every person. To those who complained, try telling your therapist exactly what your wish list or expection is for your massage, so your experience meets your expectations 🙂

Body Massage was very good. Ladies ensure you are comfortable with the pressure. 1 suggestion for the facial, maybe just slow it down a little as it felt a Lil rushed. Bought a couples massage 1 hour 30 min package with 30min spa. If I visit again I think I will choose the longer massage package as I found Spa just a Lil too hot for my personal preference, otherwise excellent way to relax Overall great service.

Very nice experience we had couples massage, then a seperate body wrap scrub and a gel manicure. We were running a bit late but it wasn’t a drama, just said we would still need to keep within our time slot, nonetheless our massages didn’t feel rushed. Time was taken with the manicure and it was not hurried. The body wrap scrub was pleasantly relaxing and sleep inducing!

I have now been there 3 times for an hour long massage, the lovely masseuse Cherry was great, probably the best massages I've ever had. Worked through many a tight shoulder and back knot! The young lady at the desk is also very friendly and helpful.

The booking process was easy over the phone, ended up rebooking for another day as they were running behind schedule on the day I originally booked. I really appreciated them letting me know this is advance rather than me turning up and having to wait around for an extra half hour. They did a very good job on my gel nails and were very efficient. This place doesn't really have a spa atmosphere, the decor is falling apart a bit and it isn't relaxing. I would get my nails done here again but wouldn't be keen on a massage for that reason.

Really good experience at Asiana Day spa. Helen was really helpful and gave us the grabone deal. My daughter and I had a couples one hour massage and express manicure for $148. We were well taken care of. The massage was good. One thing I would comment on to make the experience better for customers is to ask how they are feeling (sick, sore etc). My usual therapist does this so she can focus on anything needing attention. Also I wasn't asked about the pressure until a good 5 mins into the massage and it was too hard. But overall great massage. Nails still look great two days in. Would recommend to others and for that price you can't really not do it right?!

The lady who served me on the phone was rude as she hung up on me before we finished our conversation. BUT the beautiful young lady who served me on arrival and gave me a message waa brilliant, the slow motion massage was the top of everything. Winta was so polite and treated me on the very professional manner. I would give her 5 star but the old lady who hung up on me ruined the 5 star

Best relaxing massage my mum and I have had! Staff are all lovely and smiley, the rooms felt cozy and calming, and the massage beds were heated which just added to the comfort. Definitely coming back!

Lovely place, nice and relaxing and friendly staff... I initially booked with the sister branch Royal Day Spa, but they phoned on Sunday evening asking if I can possibly come to this one instead which I was good with as I understand staff get sick and appreciate people rather taking off than being made to do work and make the client sick. Anyways I booked a pamper package which included, a massage, body scrub, body wraps and jacuzzi. The enige session was amazing and I believe her name wad honey she was so great in everything. Would definitely return and recommend. Also all the towels looked and surely smelled nice and clean to me.

I was sure it would be hopeless. It was Friday evening, I needed a massage and I didn't have an appointment. I'd read the up and down reviews on the place and I figured if anything would prove the good from the bad, it would be the treatment I received as a walk-in. And they were so so nice to me. I was greeted warmly and asked to wait 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes. Just as I looked up, a smiling therapist approached. The hallway, the toilet and the room were clean. I looked for signs of mess that other reviewers have mentioned and saw nothing out of place. The therapist was strong and responsive to my aches, my groans, my direction. Her pressure was firm and her energy was delightful. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend a visit.

Amazing! This has been the BEST massage experience I have EVER had. The front desk service was polite and informative yet not pushy. They accommodated me immediately without the need for a prior booking - walked in off the street on a whim. I was attended to by the amazing, Ayu. Ayu has got to be the BEST massage therapist in New Zealand, and I'll explain why. I have a back that has a lot of issues and I see a chiropractor weekly - Ayu was able to adjust her pressure and technique exactly where it would've otherwise been painful. Her ability to provide a relaxing massage in spite of my heightened sensitivity in my lower back was in itself worthy of commendation however she even still exceeded expectations. I have had many massages before and never have I had one where the massage therapist picked up on when I would be happy to talk and when I was just relaxing into the experience. Ayu expertly navigated conversation throughout the experience and followed my lead, a welcome quality as for me the experience is sometimes so overwhelmingly relaxing that to hold a conversation is near impossible in that moment. Ayu never forced the conversation to keep going when this occurred and I am extremely grateful for her understanding in this regard. Ayu was pleasant tempered and professional in every sense of the word. I highly recommend requesting her for your treatment when visiting. To anyone who is seeking a professional, relaxing, and extremely personalized massage experience, you would be hard pressed to find anyone that could out perform the gem that is Ayu!

I have been going to Asiana for over 6 years now, I've had almost all of the treatments they offer and had nothing but great results from all of them. Most recently a full body massage and the Fraxel laser. Helen gave me good instruction on after care and took time to ensure the treatment was thorough, I am ecstatic with the results. The prices always seem to be among the best in town.

Nice massage and friendly receptionist. Facial was really nice but wish they would have continued massaging while having the facial serums on. I also wish they had asked what to look out for as I had surgery recently. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I am a regular customer of Asiana Day Spa. The service is outstanding, warm and friendly. The steam capsule body machine (Hydrotone) is highly effective - one treatment makes me feel clean and fresh - and cleared my skin. I treat myself to one a week. I enjoy deep sleep with the reflexology treatment - this is a must try. The special packages are unbeatable value around New Zealand. Highly recommended.

The therapists are professional and experienced with a variety of massage strokes and good pressure that left me feeling revitalized. Got a massage from here, it was brilliant, will definitely be back. Professional, friendly service, lovely atmosphere. I see there are a couple of negative reviews in regard to late cancellations- a bit unfair really, as no business can survive without a strict cancellation policy.

Throw away your razors ladies! Asiana is great. I have had IPL at several places and the results here are much more dramatic. Highly recommended.
