Twice I've visited Brazilian secrets in Wellington, and both times the staff and service have been amazing. They do a great job, my eyebrows and wax were amazing and essentially as painless as could be. The staff there are incredible too. I have had to bring my baby with me and both times they were so helpful and understanding, offering to have another staff member keep my baby happy while I finished my treatment. They are friendly, professional and kind - and their treatments are well done too. I will not be going anywhere else!

I have been to this place for my Eye brows and face wax and Ranjit over there did a wonderful job. I just loved everything. The way she did was painless and quicker. We had a great conversation too which was quite pleasing with the wonderful service she gave. I would highly recommend everyone to go there and enjoy the beauty services. See you next time SURELY!!

I got my first Brazilian wax done by Deepika who did an amazing job! She made the experience so quick and had such chill conversations which made the time fly by. The wax itself obviously isn't the most pleasant but she did a great job of doing it quickly and thoroughly. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her if you go and it's absolutely worth it. :)

I have been coming here for over a year now and love it so much!! My waxes are done by Jasmeen who always does a very thorough and clean job. All the ladies here are wonderful!! Can't recommend this service enough! Great service will continue to come here as long as I live in Welly :)

I went in today for my first Brazilian sugar waxing with Deepika. She was amazing, really friendly, fun and makes you feel comfortable instantly. I highly recommend seeing her if your thinking about getting waxed! The waxing itself was certainly uncomfortable but it’s a manageable kind of pain. I’m already really happy with the results! Definitely 100% worth it!

I always see Ranjit and she is so lovely, we always have the best chats, and she makes you feel so comfortable. Always have an amazing wax done by Ranjit, she makes you feel really comfortable and is very efficient and also makes sure to do a really perfect job 👌 She introduced me to threading and I will never go to anywhere else for my brows 😂 she gave me the best brows EVER with threading + henna. My first time having sugar waxing Brazilian. Knowing that it’s all natural is great for a wax. Deepika is very quick, thorough and experienced! Lovely person. Earlier this week I got threading and waxing done by Ranjit and by far she is one of the best in the business and in the Wellington area. She was very gentle, professional and, great company. I would definitely recommend her for any service you need. Prices are reasonable because of the outstanding service provided by their staff. Ranjit advised I use their organic sugar wax as it would be much more gentle on my skin and now I am telling everyone about it! See you guys again ranjit! Since leaving there I have had so many compliments, about my eyebrows especially!

This is my go to place to go to get waxing for nearly everything. Really clean and professional and reasonable prices for the amazing quality of service. All the staff are real chatty and lovely make you feel welcome and comfortable if its your first time and just generally care about each client, making sure to leave notes for when you come back next time so they know exactly what you like. I have really sensitive skin and react badly to some waxes but the wax used really nice finish on the skin. Would recommend to everyone they also do the good old student discounts as well. :)

I did my Eyebrows yesterday, Ranjit was the one who did the service. I am a huge fan of her work, I visited her after 1 year and I was amazed that she still knew my preferences. To be honest I haven't found anyone as good as her. Someone you can blindly trust when it comes to any sort of beauty related suggestions. Keep up the Good Work Ranjit.

I had a deep tissue massage by Deepika, and it was the best deep tissue massage I have had in Wellington. The pressure was perfect and she would check in to make sure it was ok as well, was happy to go softer or harder on certain areas. She worked on the areas where I was sore and didn’t waste time on areas that I wasn’t. Thank you for the amazing massage :) I will be back.

Daapika is amazing! I went for the first time not knowing what to expect but she made me so comfortable, was professional, friendly and gave me the best experience I could ask for. Gave me useful advice on maintenance and went above and beyond. Highly recommend, you won’t be sorry! Will be back :)

Been coming here for the last three months and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! Service is amazing, the wax takes half an hour, and there is always such a welcoming and comfortable aura here. My beautician Jasmeen is incredible and would highly suggest requesting her for your waxing needs :) Perfect place for students too as they have a discount!

Patricia is the queen of great eyebrows! I love coming here because I know I'll leave with fantastic brows. She is professional, diligent and does an amazing job. Very professional staff and fairly quick for waxing. I liked that the honey was cool on the skin and biodegradable! My hairs must’ve broken sadly because it regrew fairly quickly but didn’t bother me too much.

Massage this week went down a treat. Nice warm rooms to relax in. Very firm pressure and an attentive therapist keen to check in on areas of concern and pressure levels. Thanks for the service - recommended

Claire looks after my nails and eyebrows. She is always punctual, organised and enjoyable. I have been to many, many salons in Wellington and the welcoming, professional service that Claire provides is second to none.

I have been going here for years and they are fantastic, for massages, spray tans and sugar waxing. They are incredibly friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else in wellington!

Tuti the massage lady here is amazing. I've had massages in heaps of places, she smashes all previous experience for me. She's really strong so none of this weak stuff. If you need her to go softer just say so and she will. You will keep coming back every week she's that good!
