H.Fabulous hair salon in Wellington. Have been going to Craig for a long time and love what he has done for my hair. Craig and the other stylists know how to properly cut hair and to style it to suit you. They offer professional advice based on the years of experience they have had. A salon that gives you a great welcome when you arrive and makes your appointment time with them personal and special.
G.I've been getting my hair cut at Calibre by Craig for years. He's the best men's hairdresser I've been to. The only time I've gone to someone else was when I was based outside of Wellington. The whole team is super friendly and cover the whole skillset of the modern salon. The coffee is good too and the banter better.
Can't recommend the team enough.
S.Since coming to calibre salon I’ve been getting phenomenal hair cuts from RJ. Perhaps even better though is that I have become infinitely wiser through the chats me and RJ have. I probably gain about 15 years worth of life experience and knowledge per haircut. Also my music taste is now elite thanks to RJs obscure recommendations. Great place!

She does a superb job, every time, as do the rest of the crew. The fun and chat while getting my hair done is also an added bonus. This salon can't be beaten for banter!
S.They are so great at working with the style you want and also I'm putting their ideas to help get you exactly the haircut you will rock. I love going to calibre, they ae much better value than other places. I cut off the majority of my long hair 8 months ago and it was a bit nerve wracking but they made it such an amazing experience. Everyone loved the style and I even had 2 friends ask where I went and they are now regular customers due to the quality and low cost too. Would 100% recommend
A.Love Calibre Salon! I have been seeing Suzanne for over 10 years now and she is just amazing. I have been living down in the South Island for a long time and I always make sure I visit Suzanne for a cut every time I am in Wellington to see the family. She puts so much effort into every cut and is willing to give you her honest opinion about your intended haircut. I highly recommend visiting Suzanne and the team! :)

This salon and my amazing hairdresser Kristyn did magical things to my hair.
Not only is it not so much healthier 😏 it’s also a beautiful blonde which I know I had to achieve with such dark hair.
10/10 would recommend if your wanting amazing hair.

M.I really enjoy coming here the staff are really nice and accommodating, very professional and the place has a nice calm vibe to it :-) good place to go when you’re a bit anxious/shy/not good at talking to strangers as they make you feel super comfortable! I’m always nervous to get my hair dyed as I’ve had many bad experiences! And sadly the last time I came here I got my hair dyed as I had bad regrowth and wanted it blended out! Few months later not only does my hair not match my natural hair that’s grown out but it is also orange :-( I got the ends lighters at the same time so now my hair in some places are three obvious blocks of natural hair orange then my light/white ends :-(

C.I've been going to Calibre for years. Not only do they do a marvellous job on my unruly mane, but the staff are fantastic. Suzanne, RJ, Craig, Shara, Zara, Katy - everyone I've dealt with there has been highly professional with a great sense of humour. I'm not a big talker when I get my hair done so they just let me get on with reading or napping without making it awkward. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

I could not have been more impressed with the patience, positivity, creativity, and skill from my stylist Katie. She completely transformed both the shape and color of my hair, making it by far the best salon experience I have ever had.
M.I'm not a planner when it comes to getting my hair cut. I often just turn up at Calibre and hope they can fit me. They always move heaven and earth to make it happen asap and I always love the result. The cut the colour (I am pedantic about both) are always spot on. Thank you Calibre team!
