Had a massage with my mother in law, they had us in the same room even though I hadn't booked a couples massage as such. Honestly it was by far the best experience I have had to date. Jess was incredible, professional and kind, communicated with me so I knew what to expect/had a chance to explain what I was after. Massage was amazing. Will definitely be back! Thanks team

Really enjoyed the swedish massage. Professional staff, nice atmosphere. A little on the pricier side of massages but worth it.

Jess was awesome. I had a hot stone massage, facial and keratin foot treatment and all of it was amazing. I will definitely go back to Forme.

What a lovely experience. I feel fully pampered by Ethan the moment I enter through the doors, you forget the world and stress for a moment. He's attentive, detailed and very considerate. He genuinely wants to see my skin progress to the best it can be. He's not pushy at all and soft spoken, so I've fallen asleep a few time during treatment and he doesn't disturb me. The best part is he asks me before or after the treatment "if I have any concerns" not during treatment, and I think that makes a big difference to the experience of relaxing while being treated. I also appreciate the way he asks that question, rather than asking "what products are you using" he asks me to make sure the treatment I'm getting that day is addressing my concerns, I feel in no way pushed to purchase additional things which is amazing. After I asked for a particular product he gave me good advice on not doubling up, and rather, having one good thing that is fitted to my problem rather than multiple unnecessary products. That to me is value to customer, not just pushing a sale. Form has done really well in hiring Ethan, he brings the diversity you don't normal see in spas.

Had a completely blissful 2.5 hours with Charlotte for a hot stone massage and facial. The space was gorgeous, Charlotte was so welcoming, friendly and professional, and I came out feeling like I had awoken from a 4 day sleep. Apologies if I snored, pretty sure I nodded off a few times. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Ethan was really great. A few annoying things is the parking. There was a very noisy heat pump in the room and builders working on site which didn't make the experience that relaxing. Road noise and tooting of cars very distracting too.

The facial I had was really good and I would had given a 5 for the facial, but while having my facial I was asked a few questions about my skincare routine. I am using very good quality products. I do feel these questions were asked to see what products they could sell to a client. This made me feel really uncomfortable as I wanted a relaxing experience but felt it was like a salesperson trying to sell me their products and convincing me I need to add one more product. I ended up purchasing the product to just get out of there, only to find out that I paid over $100 for a product that I could have bought at another place for almost half the price. It started off as a good experience but ended on a sour note for me.

Highly recommend Forme Spa if you need to treat yourself to some real self care and indulgence. Can be a little pricey in comparison to other places but well worth it. Great ambiance and attention to detail, and special care for customer service. The services are amazing and performed very well. Very accommodating and a lovely staff :)

I came in for a hot stone massage absolutely tense and Jess was incredible. I have had a lot of massages in my time and Jess gave me the best massage I have ever had. Highly recommend and will be back.

I have been to Forme Spa twice now and absolutely love their atmosphere, treatments and professionalism. Sylvia is delightful and is always full of energy. I've had the microdermabrasion treatment twice with Sylvia and found the experience definitely worth it! My skin felt fresh and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Forme Spa. And location is great - being right in the heart of the cbd. I'll be back for more treatments, no doubt. :)

I had 1 hour bliss relaxation massage. It was one of the best massage I've ever had. The pressure was firm without being painful.

Sylvia does the BEST pregnancy massage. A luxurious pregnancy table allows you to lie on your front without any pressure on your belly. Lying on your front as a pregnant woman is pure bliss.

How could you not have a wonderful experience at the capable and caring hands of these lovely ladies? They're gorgeous inside and out - and they'll make you feel that way too. Recommended.

My partner had been in Wellington for a conference & I was flying over to spend a few days with him. Decided at the last minute I needed to visit a day spa, so I called Forme from Melbourne on Friday, and was lucky enough to be able to book a package for Saturday morning. Very much appreciated that they were able to accommodate me at such short notice. My therapist was Arabella, and she is my new best friend. I've been a massage therapist since 2002, and have worked in day spas, and Arabella impressed me so much with her skills & her passion. On the Saturday I had a facial, a manicure & pedicure, and I was so impressed with her that I booked in for a massage for the Monday morning. My skin was just amazing after the facial. I hate the hard sell that many day spas do, which is a real turn off, so I appreciated not getting that at Forme. I was recommended some specific products, but not a huge overwhelming range. I find most day spa massages to be disappointing, but Arabella is FANTASTIC. If it wasn't a 3 hour international flight, I'd be there every 2 weeks. <3 Arabella

My lovely husband spoiled me with a booking at Forme Spa where i enjoyed a facial peel, back massage and pedicure package. The ladies were friendly & professional and there was attention paid to my personal needs, including previous treatments that i have had in the past. The room was cozy and not too warm and the dimmed lightning created an ambiance of peace and relaxation. The therapist displayed great knowledge of both treatment and product. She also interacted in a way that was determined by the level of interaction i preferred. (very considered of her). I have received a reminder text from Forme Spa, a couple of days prior to my appointment and this certainly eliminates any misunderstandings. The follow up communication after my visit was clear cut and the offer to membership was is a great idea. I came away feeling spoiled and really relaxed. I can highly recommend this spa. I will definitely be back.

We had a couples Massage booked for our Wedding Anniversary. The whole experience was relaxing, delicious and well worth the time. I appreciated how My Man was made to feel as if he belonged and was not an intruder into a female space, this encouraged him to be able to relax even more. Our lovely Hostess upgraded our Standard massage to a Hot Stone at no extra cost to ourselves. We both floated out of the Spa vowing to return as soon as we could.

Amazing experience every time I visit Forme Spa Wellington. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the treatments are incredible. Definitely one of my favourite parts about travelling to Wellington.

Wonderful Spa, I can recommend the hot stone massage. Really nice atmosphere, the staff put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Tucked away across from the central library I haven't been to a better spa in Wellington.

Forme Spa is the ultimate in indulgence. From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave you are treated like a VIP. On this occasion I had a one hour Swedish massage which was the perfect combination of relaxation and release of tense muscles. My massage therapist was very understanding and listened to my requests to avoid certain areas that were too sensitive and it was an incredibly pleasant experience. Top marks Forme Spa!

Amazing experience for my 1st time at Forme SPA. The massage was awesome, the staff is very professional and really take care of you. I absolutely recoomend it!

I had a treatment package with foot spa, full body massage, with deep clean facial ($160). Foot spa was just putting my feet in room temperature water while masseuse collects information about me. After the treatment, they were pushy to sell products which was unpleasant.

I had a mani pedi, it was a lovely experience! Loved my nails after and for such an extensive treatment very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend :)

Booked in for half leg and underarm wax today best waxing experience I have had, super nice staff great results.

Their service is excellent. They are very helpful and informative. I have only been there for a eyebrow wax but the service i received was very professional. Will certainly go back there again :)
