T.Unfortunately I can not recommend that place if you are looking for very good quality of your nails. My acrylic backfill was done in rush, it is not properly smoothened to my nails and it is quite day from cuticle / which means for me that I have to go for new nails sooner. Also shape is not the best, colors is not going over top of nail. I had nails at morning and one nail is already chiping off. :( In one nail I have stuck acrylic undernail, and during nail shaping the lady basicaly cut my finger next to nail and it is sore (whole top of finger) and I have there little wound.. no care of cuticle (like cutting or shaping, only oil on the end). I didnt find place too much clean either.. I am unhappy to give that review but I am really not happy with that service and definitely will not come back :( I am happy with color which I choosed, nice one. I just hope that this review maybe help to stuff do things better. Maybe there are nails only but still it is paid service, it should be done painless and on excellent quality level, especially in Wellington city centre :) Thank you for today, hopefully next clients will be more happy than me
E.Good nails for price. The nail artists are pretty good however the nails began chipping the same day of my appointment. The woman who did my nails actually made my cuticles bleed!! It was also a bit off putting with one of the workers eating and watching her phone right next to where I got the treatment!!
k.The first time I went I was there with a friend. We were the only 2 customers there so it felt like they were taking extra care and extra attention to each nail. My acrylics with gels stayed on and were decent quality. My friends nails all came off within a week and a half.
The second time I went I got 2 different colours which they were happy to do. They didn't have my first choice of colours available but I was happy to switch to a different one. These nails weren't as great quality, they were somewhat busy so there was a wait and they didn't take the same amount of care and attention on each nail.
L.I’ve visited twice now and I’ve been happy with the price, service and the outcome. Photos are from my second visit yesterday.
E.I had a very positive experience at Perfect Nails, welcoming staff, fabulous hand and foot massage and pedicure and manicure spot on ( Regular mail polish) Excellent value at the price. If I lived in Wellington would be my go to provider.
L.Just got my nails done today and I love them!! Everyone is so nice and always do a wonderful job!
L.Maybe they are better with their nail art or other services? I went for their spa pedicure with my friend and it felt very rushed, like they were just going through motion of the procedures, but really didn't care and didn't pay attention to the details. Felt more like an express pedicure. It wasn't busy nor close to closing. It's not worth it, the paint job is not good. The place is less dingy than others and they have pretty colours and a good selection. Picture results from less than a day.
Update: they fixed my nail, no questions asked. I can tell some technicians are better than others. Happy with the service.
L.They are so friendly. Even when it a bit crowned, they still gave me good service. My nails look gorgeous. Would recommend!!!!!

s.Good services, the place is clean and tidy, decent pricing, but do not have a wide range of nail polish plus most are not OPI. I did spa manicure + spa pedicure + shellac nails + normal nail polish on toes for $72. This was all done within 45minutes. I'm sure someone in a hurry would love the speed, but I didn't enjoy the rush. I had one person doing mani and another person for pedi. He didn't offer to soak my hands before removing cuticles which was a bit awkward and uncomfortable.
A.I had T and he was awesome 👌. Wasn't really sure what I wanted and it was late but he took the time to talk to me and help me select what turned out fabulous. So happy with my nails and he was quick and efficient. 🤩🤩 Anita.
C.Brilliant job. Lovely man. I came in 25 mins before closing and he didn't have any qualms about working late and made me welcome. Meticulous attention to detail. If I lived in Wgtn they'd be my local. Have been getting gel nails for over 10 years, in NZ and offshore, and he is one of the best technicians I've had.
B.The best manicure I’ve ever had, honestly! The nail technician took her time to perfectly remove any dead skin and take back the cuticles, and gave me a hand massage afterwards too. For the price you just can’t beat it! I had my nails done at a top day spa here in Wellington a couple of weeks ago and there was no extra care like I experienced today at Perfect NailCare. Thank you!

M.I got nail extensions and SNS , I asked that they be made to look as natural as possible. I chose a natural color polish and was blown away as to how great it really looked. Had my nails done by Tee he is awesome and really listens to what you like and don't like. Love it and will be back!!!
A.Honestly first time there and it was such an amazing experience. The staff were polite and took my comments into consideration for how I wanted my nails done - got the acrylic overlays. They were also very good chats and was generally interested in me as a customer - this is something I feel like a lot of other nail places lack. I honestly just loved this place and my nails look great!! 10/10 will be going back especially with such GREAT prices
M.I have been going to Perfect Nails for almost 2yrs now and Anh and T has always looked after me well there. Both are very warm and accommodating. They are very professional and always does a great job for my nails. They use good quality nail colours. I highly recommend the place!

c.we came here today without bookings as we were referred by a hairdresser, they told us that we might had to wait for a while as they were too busy, turned out we only waited for 15 minutes and it took just an hour for 4 of us for our nails done. they were very professional and well managed, the shop also was very clean and of good music is a plus. our nails look amazing and i love the way they took care of them. will come back for sure.

V.I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to Wellington, New Zealand from Canada and they’ve been simply amazing every time! Their customer service goes above and beyond. They’re very friendly and enjoy having conversations with their customers. I’ve never waited long even without booking an appointment. They’ve got a great selection of gel polish colours to choose from as well. I just got my nails done today and I’m loving them! Would definitely recommend this place :) Thanks again and I’ll see you when I return back !
R.Great place, nicest staff ever. Always have my nails done with the guy, he does an amazing job and it's super careful. They help me with colours and always update me with the new stuff that they have. No need for appointments is a must as my days are a mess and I can plan it.
They should offer some hands sunblock for the UV Machine.

J.Ive been going to see the Perfect Nails team for nearly three years now and I have always loved having my nails done there. My gel nails usually last more than 3 weeks and I just love all of the staff. Even when they are super busy, you don't need to wait very long, they are very efficient.

Me and a friend came in on a whim and were welcomed warmly, they paid so much attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted, just as we were leaving I managed to ruin one my nails and they were more than happy to fix it and wait around for them to drive. I’m really particular with how I like my acrylics done and they paid so much attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted when I find many others will make the coffin shape too round, or too angular and these are perfect! Will definitely return and I think completely reasonably priced!
S.Came in today for an express cut/shape/polish for my fingernails and unfortunately the job felt rushed- the polish doesn't fully cover my fingernails, nails are unevenly shaped, and I felt that the staff could have been more friendly. It wasn't a particularly busy day either. Perhaps it is understaffed though and from that point of view I can understand. However I was mildly disappointed with my experience and would choose to try a different salon next time I get my nails done.
Three days later and my nails have already chipped! Absolutely disappointing. I am almost half inclined to ask for a refund.
L.I was recommended to the gentleman who works here for SNS by multiple people and I was genuinely not let down by his talent! He made up for months of prior looking for a talented nail artist and only being disappointed, and he achieved my dream nails in one sitting. I can’t stop looking at them! Friendly and warm staff, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and generously priced services. They live up to their name and will be my regular nail salon from now on.
F.I have been getting my eyelashes done here and I love them so much! She is very gentle and very efficient! Have just been back for my 2nd refill and has been very consistent. Thanks perfect nail! Love it, will be back every 2 weeks.
