Lauren gave me an amazing haircut! She was super friendly and helped me with exactly what I wanted for my hair! She was efficient but also took care and figured out exactly what I wanted , she gave great service (offering me a drink and taking my coat for me!). As someone who doesn't usually enjoy a traditional hair cut experience this was the best experience and best hair cut I have ever had! I cannot wait to return and continue getting my haircut with her again! Worth every dollar! Highly recommend Thanks again Lauren!

I went here based on a friend's recommendation. The stylist did what I asked and that was refreshing. It wasn't anything spectacular, but it was a good job and he listened to me which was also good. When getting there I was welcomed and offered a choice of drinks - I was parched so asked for a glass of water. I asked somebody again about 10 minutes later but never got my water - not the end of the world. Where I did get frustrated is that I was assisted to rebook in store and booked for 5 weeks later for my birthday weekend. I planned other appointments around that one. A couple of weeks before the time I realised I never received confirmation so emailed them and asked and never received a reply so managed to snag an appointment elsewhere last minute. Still don't know if they will ever contact me back but it could have really spoilt my birthday. I guess I will rather not return as for that price I expect much more. EDIT - They finally replied to my email, apologised and offered a free treatment with my next service. So I'll give an extra star as mistakes are fine when owned :-)

Wonderful, friendly staff. Well lit and tidy work spaces. I love coming here to get my hair done! Bit of a treat but always well worth it every time. They make sure to speak with you at length regarding what you're wanting from your appointment and do their best to meet all requirements and expectations!

This is my first time trying this salon so I did my research first before going. The reviews are mostly positive so I gave it a go. I had full head hair color and haircut and the result was so beautiful! The entire experience was great. My stylelist was very friendly. The products she used on my hair were ammonia-free and didn’t hurt my skin. My hair was so smooth soft and bouncy after. I highly recommend this salon.

I've been going to this salon for a very long time, and I always come away from my appointments feeling relaxed and pampered. My current stylist Kris really listens to me and offers solutions to my questions and problems. The service and product advice is consistently top notch and the staff always friendly.

After many years of disappointing hair do's, I was on the hunt for a regular hair salon, and stumbled into Rodney Wayne on Manners. I was hesitant to see another chain after previous bad experiences. On walking in, the salon was clean, well stocked and had a sleek and professional fit out. I was quickly acknowledged by a friendly receptionist. I was listened to, validated and reassured, I quickly booked an appointment. A few days later I arrived and was greeted by name and directed to my chair. The stylist sat down at my level, introduced himself and asked what he could do for me. I liked the way he made me feel important, I didn't feel like just another customer but one whose needs he was wholly committed to meeting. he explained everything as he did it and introduced me to his colleagues when necessary. everyone working there seemed happy and efficient and interacted with each other professionally. The service didn't take too long, he was gentle and shared personalized hair care tips as he needed. As I got up to leave, the stylist made sure I was happy with the outcome and I felt comfortable enough to question the result, if i felt I needed to, which i didn't. I left with a glossy new do, warm fuzzies from the customer service and a new #1 go to salon. (stylist was Chris) This was 2 years ago and I still wouldn't go anywhere else! From the word go the team at manners have changed my opinion of salon chains. I am yet to leave there dissatisfied. The customer service, efficacy, product range and professionalism is consistent and excellent. Every staff member gives 100%, 100% of the time. If you want an experience with your trim rodney wayne manners will not let you down. Thank you Chris, Julie, Hiromi, Wayne, Lauren and Joeli for keeping my locks shiny and brightening my day

I don’t normally do reviews but today I experienced the best service I have probably ever had. The key to great service is being genuine and Jerry was exactly that. I came in and asked for the usual and we sat down to begin. About 5 foils in Jerry offered some great advice and mentioned that next time I could consider an all over colour as opposed to foils. I liked that idea as I have always wanted to do that, so I cheekily asked if it was too late to do that today. Jerry didn’t even hesitate, he raced to remove the colour he had already put in foils and started the all over colour. Jerry offered brilliant advise to style my hair, colour it, repair it and keep it looking fab. I appreciated his genuine honesty and his funny conversation was extremely refreshing and made time fly. I feel like Jerry genuinely cares about his clients and he made my entire experience amazing. Thank you Jerry – I love my hair and I'll be back soon to get the roots done!

Needed to kill time in town and needing a trim anyway after missing my booked appointment a few weeks before elsewhere I decided to go with Rodney Wayne, purely as it was the first I had come across that had an appointment that day. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed, every step was professional and well worth the $95 price, the shampoo was long, extremely relaxing (being 38 weeks pregnant I especially enjoyed this bit), the cut was brief as I only needed a trim but through experience rather than feeling rushed and I had my hair styled at the end exactly how I had asked and it still looks great the next day. All in all probably the best hair experience I've had in four countries, will be going again although I'm annoyed I forgot to make a note of the stylist I had, she was excellent regardless.

The team at Rodney Wayne on Manners were very welcoming and helpful and made my first experience with this salon super positive! The hair wash and product was fantastic -my hair had never felt so healthy! Jerry did an incredible job with cutting and styling my hair and not only that, but, he also helped educate me on the dos and don’ts of hair care -I will definitely be back every 8-10 weeks! Well after my last experience at a salon 5 years ago I lost all confidence in hair salons all together well after today my confidence is restored. I met Leroy at Rodney Wayne manners street , and he was so honest and real I felt at ease with him straight away. He not only gave me a stylish cut that made me look and feel amazing he introduced me to every other staff at the salon which made me feel very relaxed and at ease. I an very grateful to Leroy and Jerry who took their time to work after hours to make sure my hair was perfect and it was. Am definitely going back to Rodney Wayne Manners!
