C.It is a rare occurrence for me to offer a 5 star rating let alone patronize a business more then the one time these days as it is becoming increasingly difficult to find not only a professional level of service, the desired outcome or simply decent, friendly customer service to the point where I have been genuinely pleased to have spent the money! This place is fantastic! Took my son here for the first time today and the staff were brilliant not just in their approach to customer care but more importantly their attention to detail with regard to my son's hair and the desired look both my wife and myself had in mind for him! When the girl had finished with my sons head, I booked him another appointment a couple of months down the track on the spot! See for yourself! Highly recommend ...!
P.My grandson is 7yrs old & has autism as well as sensory processing disorder. His hair was thick & so so long. The salon itself is set up to accommodate his needs. The hairdressers are understanding and patient. He now has the 1st short hair cut ever and he looks amazing. We will be back.

F.Wonderful staff. Took my son in to get a hair cut. The stylist asked me about what I wanted and asked during the cut if I wanted more taken off from the different areas. The bonus of smaller seats and child friendly TV shows made it a painless experience.
Also the owner helped me source some hair chalk which made my child's day. After coming from two other salons before, where I felt like I was inconveniencing them for asking it was a joy and relief to be served by Salon Villair.
T.We took our daughter here today for her first haircut. The stylists were lovely and the salon is set up well for kids with a booster seat cushion, toys, and nice big TV. Very happy, thank you! :)
T.I had my daughers hair cut here and she was very kind and didn't let my daughter get a ridiculously short hair cut
G.Went here today with my friend and her 2 (almost 3) year old and he haaaaates hair cuts. All noise and squirming. My friend was dreading this but Ann was an absolute legend she had it sorted. Great hair cut for the wee fella and she made the experience an absolute dream thank you Ann!
