I’ve been going to Urban Sanctuary for the last few years, since moving to Wellington. The spa is really conveniently located in the city & has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Libby & the other beauty therapists always welcome you warmly and are exceptionally professional. I’m always consistently happy with my experiences there.

Amy did a beautiful job of my eyes and eyebrows, it was a lovely experience from start to finish and has been every time I go, I highly recommend.

I had a Deluxe Body and Facial Spa treatment at Urban Sanctuary. Libby did an amazing job and I left feeling very relaxed and with super soft skin. My facial was so good I plan to have them on a regular basis. The whole environment at Urban Spa is lovely from the time you walk through the door.

I love getting my brows waxed and tinted here, I just wish they did a combo price as getting both is quite pricey.

I loved getting a facial here - Lucy was a perfect combo of professional and relaxed, the atmosphere was lovely, and the results were good. I'll be coming back! Lynn

At Urban Sanctuary you leave your worries at the door and enter a true sanctuary of beautiful surroundings and tranquility. You are looked after exquisitely while you have your treatment. They are 100% focussed on what they are doing for you. The whole team is lovely.

I had a Super Deluxe Facial treatment that took me from my tired and stressful week to a place of blissful relaxation. I had seriously not expected to feel so so good! A beautiful back massage eased away my headful of busy thoughts which then progressed with soothing smells of gorgeous oils and creams as Akaysha, the therapist layered the treatments on my face with her hands in a calm and relaxing manner. It was hard to leave the table. I was totally rejuvenated. Highly recommend this treatment and Urban Sanctuary with its professional expertise and focus on customer well being.

Akaysha was so lovely and welcoming. She was very professional and let me know everything that was happening (I got my first lash lift and tint) but was also so friendly and bubbly. I am thrilled with my lashes, they are what they said they would be and I love them! I'll be back to get them done again and even to try other services because the place is devine!

Loved my experience at Urban Sanctuary! Natasha and I really connected in a natural way which made my time 10x more amazing. Her touch is confident yet gentle and she loves to educate her clients in a way that doesn't feel like shes shoving information at you. I have been using a mix of products for the last year to manage my sensitive skin. I am amazed with the results of the Yonka product line! I left my appointment without any redness, extremely smoothe skin, and a glow! Every womans dream! A huge hat's off to the owners who create a work environment their employees enjoy working in. It definitely shows! I will definitely be back❤ I had the Specialised Advanced Facial w/ brow and lash tint.

I had a blissful gorgeous two hour massage, facial and eye brow tint. What an absolutely decadent 2hrs! Natasha, my therapist is new to the spa and definitely an asset. I found Natasha to be welcoming, friendly but absolutely professional throughout the whole treatment. The new Yonka range that was used on my skin felt wonderful and the organic minerals smell amazing. If you haven't tried it, do your skin a favour and give it a go.

The first time I went to Urban sanctuary I hadn't been able to arrange an appointment at my usual place back home so I took a gamble and booked in Wellington the day after my arrival. Libby was amazing! The waxing barely hurts and she has some great skin care advice for me. If it weren't so expensive I'd fly to Wellington once a month just to see her. Alas, I have to settle for when I'm making a trip to New Zealand.

I have had several treatments at Urban Sanctuary and I have loved each and every one. Out of these, I have had two facial/massages and not only was i completely relaxed and impressed with the treatment, i also managed to leave with some fantastic advice on how to look after my skin. All of the women who have given me my treatments have been lovely,welcoming and entirely professional. Also, I am completely besotted with the decleor range that they have, so make sure to check those out.

I have been getting my eyebrows tinted and waxed for years at a multitude of different places. Urban Sanctuary is by far the best experience I have ever had. They shaped and coloured my eyebrows perfectly. I also was so relaxed after leaving, while waiting for the tint to develop I received a head massage and they finished of by covering my red waxed marks on my eyebrows with some makeup. A+! I will never go anywhere else!

Had a fantastic experience at Urban Sanctuary! I had booked a massage and a pedicure and was super happy with the service. The staff is so attentive and lovely with so much attention to detail. Felt super relaxed afterwards - would go there again!

I just had my first appointment at Urban Sanctuary getting a lash tinit, lash lift and free brow shape with Natasha and she did an absolutely wonderful job and was such a nice friendly person. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone and will definitely be coming back regularly. Thanksl you.

The lady's at Urban Sanctuary are beyond spectacular The premises are so inviting and relaxing it truly makes you feel like you are in a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My treatment was so lovely and I went away feeling so calm and as though my stress levels had just floated away. Highly recommend for a pamper session or just for day to day treatments.
