B.Debbie gave me a wonderful manicure and took the time to explain why she doesn't soak nails prior to a manicure or pedicure. She answered all of the questions that I had, and when she was done, my nails were absolutely beautiful. Debbie has an amazing selection of nail art and I can highly recommend her.
