A.Sylvia is very professional in the work she does, my husband and I always feel great after receiving treatments and my husband's pedicures in particular have been a necessity in the past when he has had issues with his feet, he has always felt great after Sylvia's pedicure treatment. She's also just an absolute pleasure to be around, always works with a smile! Highly recommend!!
E.Sylvie has done a beautiful job of permanent eyeliners top and bottom lids! Lots of discussions, options and she valued my own input, I also love her slogan "less is more"... Couldn't imagine being without theses features anymore, it makes everyday life so easy! I also love her pedicures, they are the best... j.Sylvia is really the only one I trusted with my permanent make-up. She is very thorough, works with the most up to date equipment, is very skilled and experienced, and most importantly customer focused. I had some pretty specific things I wanted for the permanent makeup, e.g. the intensity of the black lines, and she listened so carefully and it turned out exactly as I wanted. Besides this, she is awesome is giving really good pedicures and waxing of my eyebrows. Besides all of this, she is super fun and it makes my treatments with her always such a relaxing moment. Highly recommend her! The best in NZ I had.
J.I had the permanent eyeliner treatment done by Sylvia. I was so pleasantly surprised at quite how natural it looked. Sylvia did an excellent job at enchanting my eyes just enough to fit my lifestyle, as I am not a heavy makeup wearer. It’s so natural, it’s more like just having good genes!

Sylvie was fantastic at talking through the process with me and ensuring I had good information to help me make my decision. Once I had decided to go ahead, Sylvie guided me through really well. She is a pro at the tattooing process and gives such good follow up afterwards - ensuring the healing and settling process was going well. Sylvie has a genuine dedication to her craft and cares about giving her clients great experiences. I cannot speak highly enough of her and recommend anyone considering this process speak with Sylvie first!!
