H.Great E-bike rentals! We rented e-bikes to go out to Wood Hill Forest and had a blast of day. We loved the function that powers you up without peddling, our group was jealous! The bikes were brand new in mint condition, and it made our experience so much better. Clyde was amazingly helpful, friendly, and a wonderful business man. 10/10 would recommend.

A.I had been thinking about purchasing an eBike for a few weeks now and after doing some research I found a particular bike that I wanted however I couldn’t find any in stock. After reaching out to the supplier in NZ, I was recommended Clycycles.
I can honestly say that today I received some of the best customer service I have ever received at any shop or business. Clyde and his crew show the best attention to detail and Clyde personally spent a decent amount of time talking to me about the bike I was purchasing, I already knew what I wanted when I went in but even if I didn’t Clyde has so much knowledge and passion that I know he would easily be able to recommend the right bike for me, in fact he ensured that I got the right size as I originally went looking for a larger bike that would have been much too big for me. As I drove away today I felt like I learnt so much about my new bike and everything I needed to get going as a new eBike owner.
Thank you Clyde and Scott for the amazing service you provided today, I’ll most certainly be back for any service or accessories I need in future.

Very accommodating and informative. Clyde took the time to explain maintenance and operation in great detail. I was encouraged to go for an extensive test run of a variety of products, which made me feel very confident about my final decision.
Further to that, he guaranteed follow up servicing and repair if and when necessary, and ensured the warranty process was reliable in the unlikely event of being called upon.
Overall excellent 5 star service, and I'll be back here when I'm ready to upgrade. Also total satisfaction with the product.

S.We can thoroughly recommend Clyde. We had ridden 650 kms on our two folding E bikes and felt it was time they were checked out by a specialist. After the service by Clyde there is more freedom of movement and we can definitely feel there is an overall improvement in performance. He is also a good communicator and updated us to advise that a small extra expense that was required before installing a new brake cable. We will definitely maintain our bikes by having Clyde service them as required.
