Wow!! Outstanding service - not just from a bike mechanic, but from any service provider we have dealt with. Prompt. polite, and technically excellent in terms of diagnosing and fixing problems. Then topped all that off with a very detailed invoice for further peace of mind. Highly highly recommended.

After waiting for over 1 month for an appointment at the bike shop I bought my bike from I gave up because my brakes were dangerously deprecating... I made an appointmant with Will. So uncomplicated! I got an appointment straight away after a couple of days. He came to my home and replaced not only my brakes but also fixed other things on the bike. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and the price is so reasonable! Way less than I ever paid in other bike shops for the same job! I highly recommend Will and his business 👍👍👍
