Fantastic service from Maurice - obviously really knows his stuff and gave us great advice to decide on our perfect bike and set up. Got to try different bikes up and down the pink bike path and borrow a few bits of equipment whilst the exact things we wanted are on back order. Replies to emails super fast. Now our only problem is deciding who gets to ride the bike each day...

Exceptional service. Had to cancel an order and the whole process was made very easy. Will definitely go back when ready to purchase again.

I’ve been dreaming of an ebike ever since I moved to Auckland and yesterday I finally got one from EBT. I could not have been happier with the service from the team, particularly Maurice who spent so much time with me. I felt confident to explain what I was looking for and to ask all of my questions. Nothing was too big or too small to address. I got to test ride options and when I picked the bike for me I felt like I wasn’t the only one who was excited about it. I’ve been into a few bike shops over the years and often felt disregarded by the sales pros and bros because I’m not a sport cyclist who already knew what I wanted. I’m a cruise-around-town-with-a-picnic-in-the-basket cyclist and the team at EBT caters for me and everyone else who wants to try Ebikes. Thanks guys!!!

Quite frankly the best customer service all around. These people will listen to what you need, help you choose what suits you best and take care of any issues you might have. They have been awesome helping me sort out a few issues with the bike I bought (factory issues) and I am a very happy customer. They definitely know their stuff and are actively kind and helpful. If you are wanting to get an ebike or some accessories, look no further. A+

The Electric Bike Team are awesome, very knowledgeable and willing to help. I was able to demo the bikes and find the best fit for me. Now that I'm riding an E bike I won't be looking back, thanks again for setting me up.

We picked up two re-conditioned curiosity ebikes from the Electric Bike Team yesterday! We are stoked! Went in about a week before to look at ebikes and were over the moon they had some second hand that worked within our budget. As they have looked after these ebikes for their whole 'lives' we know they have been cared for AND we can take them back to get serviced. If you're looking for an ebike - go here and ask for Barry. We bought an e-bike for my wife the weekend before second Auckland lockdown from the Electric Bike Team. The intention was to collect the bike the following weekend, but the team at the Electric Bike Team made sure we could still get the bike and my wife has happily ridden every day since. I highly recommend the team at Electric Bike Team. Great advice and customer service.

They have very flexible payment options. They are fine with email invoices and direct debit. Lots of commuting gear, too! Love the Bike Citizen phone mount! Service is also great, as they lend you courtesy bikes while yours is getting repaired (I think you have to buy a bike from them for this to be free though?). They offer great commuting tips too. Thanks Emilio for suggesting sailing boots. Very water proof.

Maurice and his team always provide excellent service, whether it is around a routine service or organising extras like bike transportation. A simple call or email and they get right on to the job. Nice to find a business that remembers what good customer service looks like. Not that many do any more.

Excellent service, friendly staff. An issue with my Magnum ebike was resolved quickly with parts the store had on hand. Would happily recommend this store to others.

Apology. I accidentally touched something on screen that posted a 1 star review. I was looking on the website in my search for a bike, an upright riding position step through, and have seen several that look good in the lineup so will be visiting the shop this week. So, apologies again, from a fumble fingered would be customer.

Great experience and service. Was really helpful in helping me understand what I wanted/needed and was happy for me to try them out (great cycle path right outside for testing on!) Made sure I was getting what I wanted and didn't try pushing for anything I didn't want/need. Great range of styles designs and prices and certainly know their stuff.

I had never ridden an electric bike before, but it was amazing and I was totally hooked! The Electric Bike team is awesome, so helpful and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them.
