S.Can’t sing the praises of the team at Evo Cycles Mt Wellington more. Planned on Santa bringing the family bikes, but left it a bit too late. The team were honest up front about potentially not being able to get the bikes in time, but we took the risk. Even when it seemed like it was impossible, the team worked with my partner and I to ensure the bikes were next to my stepsons stocking on Christmas morning. Couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. Can’t wait to enjoy them!!
b.The guys and girls at Evo cycles Mount Wellington were very helpful from the start and answered all my questions. They explained the differences in the bike’s performance and were very patient. Great customer service and great attitude.
E.Easy, click and collect options. Was greeted when arrived at the shop and the customer service was great. The young salesman assisted with putting the bike on the back of car which I really appreciated.

She even called the suppliers directly to get an accurate time frame for my repair. Quality service, the best i've received from the four evo branches I have previously visited.

p.Really good, we were approached by a staff member as we walked in the store asking if we needed help. The staff member showed us options and let my partner test ride a couple of bikes before deciding on which she liked the best. We ordered the bike and received text and email notification when it was ready to pick up. Cannot fault their service thus far.
A.New to biking. Needed a few bits and bobs and found ALL that I needed here. Quality of their range means slightly more expensive compared to e.g. Torpedo 7, but in my opinion, the bag for my carrier is amazing. Am stoked to have found it.
I was also looking at bike carriers. The staff were so helpful. They even printed out the specs of my favourite two models so I could go home and measure the other bike.
I sent a whats app message to my wee biking club, to go and check this store out.

M.We went in on their opening day to purchase a bike. They were very busy but had plenty of staff on in anticipation. The staff were all super helpful. We managed to found someone to help us out, he didn’t even work at the store but he come over to help for the day. They even let me test ride the bike around outside before I purchased it. Amazing service, helped me find an entry level mountain bike and a heavy duty lock for decent prices.
