The young chap (& I mean youngest in the shop) that looked at my brakes, fixed them - was professional, equipped and efficient. Second shop I went to as electric bicycle bought oversees - and you guys helped. He then sold me a bike carrier and went the extra mile hanging it on camper and ensuring the bike fitted. Service that meant I've already spoken to all I know about Evo and service beyond the norm.

The young man who served me went beyond and above with his great customer service. If ever I need anything I will not hesitate to go back to your store. Many thanks for excellent knowledge and service by your employers

Purchase my Trek Checkpoint gravel bike from Evolution Cycles a few weeks back -- great service , great staff - super knowledgeable , special shout out to Leo who has experience with the gravel bikes. His input was invaluable -- Thanks EVO

Highly recommend the team at Evo Cycles. We purchased new bikes here at Christmas time and the customer service and communication has been excellent, the staff are really knowledgable and happy to answer our dumb questions! We're glad we chose these guys over the other bike shops we visited. I've called in a few times since for accessories and to have our bikes serviced and we're always made to feel welcome and that we are valued as a customer. It's been a great experience and I'll definitely be back for an upgrade in the future.

I purchased a bike for my wife and son over a two week period. Both experiences were great. My wife's bike did have a minor issue and they fixed it up super quick. They were great with my son to help him get the correct bike and we even got a free freebies as a bonus. I spoke with multiple staff and they were all knowledgeable and very helpful. Great work North Shore Evo, keep it up.

Went in and purchased a new bike and a few accessories. The Staff were very attentive and helpful! They set the bike up for me and off I went. Would definitely keep going back as my store of choice. Thanks team!

These guys are great! They've helped me a lot with all of my bike issues and questions and are very personable. I'd highly recommend them!

These guys are just brilliant. I purchased a new Trek bike here a few months back. There was an issue with the rear wheel. They acted immediately, worked with me to get the issue identified and they did all they could to fix it in house. When the problem persisted they contacted Trek, submitted a warranty claim and had a whole new wheel delivered and fitted. To me, after sales care is the true measure of great customer service, and they delivered 100%. I think the main person I was dealing with was called Ryan, in the workshop area. He kept in touch all the time and made sure I was still on the bike while things were sorted out. Big thanks to Ryan and all the team. Very happy with Evo. They definitely go the extra mile to keep you happy and on the road.

Amazing service from these guys. On more than one occasion have they gone way above and beyond what bike stores do to help me. All of that at less than half the price I expected to pay. This honesty and willingness to help has made me a customer for life. Highly recommend supporting them.

Great experience with the team at Evo cycles northshore, Akl. We were given very good advice on how to select a bike for my oldest daughter, what to look for etc. The bike is really nice, she's very pleased. So easy guys, well done and thankyou so much for your help.

Very helpful staff, I was unable to remove the pedals, and they did it without charging right away! They also have a great selection of mountain bikes, I have trouble getting my son away from the place! Best place for bikes on the Shore!

I bought an E Bike as I cycle to work every day. I didn't know much about them. Ryan was very knowledgable and informative. Very helpful and patient as I had a lot of questions to ask. He gave great advice and I wouldn't hesitate to go back and will certainly recommend EVO to my friends.

Great selection of Bikes and friendly Staff, We purchased a Trek Marlin 5 for my son and he has been on it every day since and at the Bike track every other day.

I bought here 2nd bike (Reid City 2) and am very happy with bikes and service i got. Good online support and good staff at north shore store especially man with beard. I recommended evo my friends.

Highly recommend the team at this branch, more than helpful and have been extremely accommodating with a couple exchanges with me. Because of this I now use them for all my purchases for mountain biking. Cheers guys
