J.Amazing service! I will definitely shop here again. I ordered bike pegs on line, four days before Christmas and accidentally selected Pick Up In Store but we live in Tauranga. Pitcrew Bikes realised this so emailed me to check. I was so grateful they did. They arranged for me to pay for a courier via internet banking and put the pegs in the overnight courier that afternoon. Such friendly and helpful people to deal with and they were so fast and efficient at fixing my mistake.

L.Ordered a bolt on Fender, I had a couple of initial questions which were answered promptly. Then once my order was placed, it seemed like no time at all, and it had been delivered. Which is much appreciated. So I have a new bolt on fender, strapped to my 36 grip2 fork.

M.I wish I'd found Pitcrew.nz first for my recent purchase requirement! All I wanted was a straightforward method of mounting a phone on/near my handlebars so I had some navigation while I acquaint myself with the Auckland region, my experience with another online store had left me jaded, so with absolutely no worries whatsoever Pitcrew.nz have provided me exactly what I wanted, ordered, paid for & received (unlike the other online store I tried) all within the space of 48hrs. I shall now be able to use my phone's navigation to learn more of the Auckland area on two wheels.
