The Suzuki verde I brought off ron who by the way is a very nice person is in mint condition and starts up first time everytime runs like a champ, would highly recommend him for any of ur scooter needs.

Our very first experience with Ron at scooteria was when my partner bought his Honda Shadow from Ron. Scooteria has the best service and Ron is one of the most friendliest and humblest person you will meet. He is accommodating and will give you the best advice for your bike. I would highly recommend his service.

I came to this mechanic with my scooter having problems with turning off while driving. I thought I would be walking out the next day with an easily fixed scooter, it turned out that my scooter was pretty much dead, he tried to get it started but wasn't able to because of how messed up it was. the only other option was to pay $900 for a completely new motor, or buy a new scooter. My family is struggling and neither me or my family could afford that. What this guy did just completely amazed me, Ron (the mechanic) completely took apart the scooter and did the $900 fix for free... and on top of that, he gave me some new oil for free. This guy is amazing and if you need to get your scooter fixed, serviced, or if you need to ask some questions, etc, come to Scooteria and talk to Ron. He is awesome.

Ron and the team are awesome. They had our broken and neglected scooter picked up, and within minutes of getting it to their shop were working to get it running again. Previous, sub standard work was no barrier and with perseverance and determination, lil red was brought back to life. A laundry list of parts were fixed, replaced and revived and whilst there are still items to be seen too - the scooter has life again and the ride home was enjoyable. A massive thanks to Ron for sticking at it, even when other said it can't (shouldn't) be done... Highly recommend this business and Ron for work ethic, customer service and reasonable pricing. We will be back if and when needed and will recommend to others.

After looking for a used scooter for quite some time, finding this little scooter shop was an absolute miracle. Ron is an expert on motorcycles — he explained to me and my father exactly what contributed to the price of a moped and what to buy for the long term. I’ve never had someone explain so clearly what needed to be done. He explained exactly what was wrong with the bike and that it needed a basic service with an optional clean of the exhaust (as it was rusty) and fixing of the oil pump. He said that due to the state of the bike he’d need at least the weekend to finish it. A few hours later, I received a call saying that the moped was done. When I returned to the shop, I was greeted with a bike that looked brand new. Ron explained what we should look out for and what to do if anything happens. To my surprise he had asked if I was good with mechanics and if I wanted an apprenticeship. Overall the experience was wonderful and I will definitely be returning for all my future services.

Highly recommend!! Super friendly and knowledgeable, brought my scooter in for an oil change and they showed me that I needed a new break pad... Ron then gave me a lesson on how to properly break so I won't wear them down as much. They had the same model of my bike which was not only a better ride after Ron had fixed it up but also much cheaper than the one I recently bought. Should have come here first! Cannot be more happy with the service from Scooteria. The owner sold me a great scooter 5 years ago and it has never missed a beat. Needed to get a few things for it today (normal wear and tear things) and the owner was honest upfront and respectful of my budget and went out of his way to get me what I needed. If you are after a great scooter with great follow on service then I would absolutely recommend Scooteria.

Went to a few scooter shops before ending up at Ron’s Scooteria. The other shops were full of uninterested and bored shop assistants who were unhelpful. Ron at Scooteria was the opposite, helping me to find the perfect scooter for my requirements. I couldn’t be happier. Scooteria only stocks quality scooters at affordable prices, none of those terrible cheap scooters that other places are filled with. I have continued to use Ron for regular services and he has been amazing! Helpful, thorough and personable. I can only recommend one place in Auckland for your scooter needs and that is Scooteria!

Ron is definitely the best mechanic I have come across in all my riding life. My Yamaha R6 was loosing power with some electrical issue and was quoted huge amount to fix the issue by almost every motorcycle shop in Auckland but My man Ron here manage to rectifier the issue and got it running like new and the price was very reasonable . I could not thank him enough for helping me out . I would definitely recommend him to any one who need help with their bike .

I bought my first bike from this shop, the manager put an L plate on it for me and drove it to my house himself late at night when I finished work. Their work ethic is absolutely great and I felt so looked after. I even got a free driving lesson from him to explain how my bike worked differently from the other I rode previously. I bought a 2005 Yamaha Vino (50cc) from Scooteria with no regrets. The bike runs perfectly despite its age, making commutes to school and back fast and enjoyable. The scooter looks impeccable and people are always very surprised when I tell them its not brand new. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service as Ron was able to use his many years of experience to give me some excellent advice. I was pretty weary at first due to previous experiences with some pretty dodgy car dealers, but was pleasantly surprised to find that Ron is nothing like the alternatives out there and is nothing but honest. He puts many of his own hours in to make completely certain that the customer is pleased and is willing to accommodate even the most absurd requests. Scooteria sells quality gear and vehicles for much cheaper than the alternatives. I bought a helmet, jacket, gloves and pants from a different store and afterwards discovered that Ron could get it for me at a much lower price. Even if you're just buying gear, I would highly recommend checking the prices at Scooteria before being ripped off somewhere else like I was. When I plan to upgrade and get a bigger bike, I'll definitely come to scooteria to buy it. 10 points out of 10 for: Quality, price, speed and customer service.

Looking for a mechanic? Well look no further. Ron has shown his worth 10 times over for me. He sorted my bike out which believe me was no easy feat being a Chinese bike that also needed welding around the steering area due to a previous owner's accident. It would have cost me 3 times as much easily through other bike shops and that I could not have afforded. Thanks Ron. Honest and a true Samaritan.

Ron is the best. I have had my Kymco scooter regularly serviced by him. Recently there was an electrical problem which he fixed by stripping out the unit to find the fault and correct it. He could easily have replaced the unit with a new one and charged me some exorbitant amount. The fact that he didn't and also reduced his labour costs says everything about his passion for bikes and making sure customers are satisfied. Thank you Ron.

Ron and his team are absolute wizards for repairs and service - my Lambretta is now purring like a kitten and performing better than ever. Very reasonable rates as well.

Took it down the road to Scooteria and they had to do a diagnostic check to see what was wrong with the scooter and then fixed it. Although I paid the same amount I paid to buy the scooter, to fix it, no complains. Would recommend to all. Good service A++ thanks man

I called Scooteria this morning as my 2008 Yamaha Jog had some issues with engine cutting out, and trouble restarting the engine when that happened. I had also noticed that the throttle felt a bit loose. I called Ron this morning who was happy to take a look at it, found out it had some issues that hopefully won't become an issue later, and was kind enough to correct the issues presumably from last service at Scootling with the previous owners. Really fair price, top notch service - over and above. The ride home was awesome, I noticed the scooter had more power everything felt nice and tight, and I was secure knowing that some potentially dangerous issues were solved so we can safely use the scooter. Thanks heaps guys, will see you next service! (Or if plays up again) :P

Very professional and kind people that work there. I came in with a nail in my rear tyre and ended up needed both tyres replaced, I didn’t have the money so they trusted me enough to replace the tyre for my safety and let me pay them the following week. The next week I came to fix my brake pads and the whole front bit attached to the wheel needed replacing. Instead of charging me for a new one he managed to get a near new second hand one. There was still a charge for it but he knew I would struggle paying for it. It meant a lot that he didn’t charge me for it and I just want to say what a kind hearted man. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
