T. White's New Lynn were really busy but they were kind enough to book me in 5 days later. The young man had a wealth of knowledge and gave me confidence that my secondhand bike as well as my son's were safe to ride. Very happy with the service they provided and would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks T. White's New Lynn.

Amazing place, the guys there are awesome. I took my bike in for repair, the guy quickly diagnosed the issue, turns out it was a quick fix and the guy did it there and then for next to nothing! I will definitely be going back again for all of my biking needs. Honest guys who aren't out to rip you off! Also lots of new and second hand parts for sale.

These guys are great. It's an independently-owned bike shop. Vet centre great old historic type of building. They have a good selection of bikes to buy. I've used them lots of times to repair my bike. They are very reasonably priced. It's got a really nice fibre and feel . The staff are very welcoming and down to earth. I think the shop has a slightly old-fashioned feel which I really like.After you've had your bike fixed go next door and look at the records store..

The bike mechanic who helped me buy a bike was super helpful and friendly. They fit it to me and got me sorted with everything I needed! So happy with my new bike!

I've been twice to that place and have always been treated very well, without fake smiles. I thank them for the quality of their feedback and even more their honesty regarding my bike issue. Meaning that they won't try to sell you something but will understand quickly your problem and advise you accordingly regarding the level of your budget or the life expectancy of your bike. I needed to tighten some things and every time they lended me a couple of tools to do so without charging me. Highly recommended.

Great service with friendly staff. I brought in a commuter bike that I’d recently bought second-hand off TradeMe for a service, as it was skipping gears. I initially thought that it would require a full service but I was ‘down-sold’ on a standard service, as I was advised that a full service was unnecessary. It’s not often that staff will proactively save you money by recommending a cheaper service, but it’s certainly welcome from the customer’s perspective! I ended up paying a little more for their Express Service, which was well worth it as my bike was returned promptly and rides noticeably better now. I like to be able to support local independent businesses that do a great job, so I’ll definitely be getting my bike serviced here in future.

My gear shifter broke on my way home from work, and I stopped in here as they were the most convenient. The bike had another long standing gear problem, which the shop I bought it from repeatedly failed to fix/denied existed, and I asked T Whites to look at this and to give it a service at the same time. I couldn't be happier! I've been riding this bike for years and it's never been this great to ride. I only wish I'd done this sooner. They were also very quick and friendly too - great customer service.

Great service, reasonable prices. They fixed my bike quickly and even gave me a second-hand front light for free since they had one lying around. I would really recommend them!

I am happy with the service. I was looking for a special piece that would fit my sprocket. Before going through this store, Ive been to 4 other ones in takapuna area and rosedale where they dindt help me, not even try the piece, probably because they knew its a cheap so they didnt care about it. (cycls adventure try to help me, but they didnt have what i was looking for, so they recomend me to go to T whites shop) At T WHITES I finally found😀 what I was looking for so long time , they tried various measures and searched for the piece until they found it. Thanks for the piece and screw. I 100% Recommended this store, now they have a new client (me) heheh.

Awesome bike shop. Has some really neat and hard to find stuff, particularly for vintage bikes. Prices are reasonable in my opinion. Many items are in storage and not on display so be sure to ask if you are after anything in particular.

I was planning a major ride on Saturday and on Wednesday found my rear disc brake had seized. Took the bike into T White's and even though they were super busy they managed to fit the repair in for Friday and got me back on the bike for Saturday - fantastic. Very reasonable price too.

T. White's are really good guys who could work on my bike, even though it is old. So many shops turn their noses up at an old frame. The guys are really good, the price is reasonable and they guarantee their work. Will always go back here to get anything done. Top notch!

Came into these guys to see if they could take a look at my internal 7-speed hub, which had been squeaking a bit as I was preparing to start Tour Aoteaora. They were booked out 4-5 days, but were super friendly and took time to help me diagnose and give recommendations. Seemed like genuine, good people. Good vibes. Thanks for the help.

These guys resurrected my old Raleigh and it is spectacular. Such a joy to ride now. They really went the extra mile looking for age-appropriate Campagnolo components, that suit the bike beautifully. Top notch, recommend to anyone, they will take care of your bike!!

We came into the shop this morning because our grandson's buggy tyres were very flat (making it difficult to manoeuvre). Anae couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. The shop got increasingly more busy and the job took longer than expected because the valves on the tyre were positioned awkwardly but he remained calm and pleasant throughout the whole experienced and we cannot thank him enough.

Really happy with the quick turnaround for a brake adjustment. Got a text just before the end of the day. Fair prices. A great little bike shop.

These guys seem to be absolutely passionate about fixing bikes. They've always done a superb job on my bike, including emergency repairs at very short notice while I waited. And for significantly cheaper than I was quoted at any other bike shop.

Thanks for the quick job :) had a 90's hardrock with a tight bottom bracket and fork. I knew twhites work with a lot of old-school bikes. The guy at the front was really friendly and the job was done on the same day!! Great price too. Support your local bike shop!!

Great prices and experienced knowledgeable staff. They have a large stock of parts for older bikes, which very few other stores do. Very happy with their service and pricing. My go to LBS.

Staff are really helpful, didn’t have what I needed at the moment but suggested an alternative place. Community feel to the shop and has tones of used parts (handlebars, seats, everything. New stuff too.) so it’s fairly priced and environmentally sustainable. Hope to be going back there again for whatever I need.

Buy and sell second-hand bikes. You can also rent bikes too. Variety of new and second hand parts available if you like tinkering with bikes. Friendly service.
