Outstanding service, positive attitude and extensive depth of knowledge. I was after a new helmet, an employee James talked me through all of the relevant options and was able to find me the perfect fit. He showed me ranges of brands, types and prices to find what was suited to my specific requirements and budget. I bought a small mini foot pump from bikefit Marlborough last year during Lockdown( apologies for the late Review Guys) I loved the service as the Bike fit team really look after you in more ways than 1. Fantastic shop, amazing service. Trustworthy, open to the client - highly recommend these guys! Bought my first gravel bike online, got it packed and delivered from Blenheim to Auckland for free. Not to mention a very good discount! Purchased a road wheel set with disk rotors and Shimano cassette a few months later from the same place following a quick consultation via email. Very happy. Would love to give them a visit one day and say hi! 👋

Friendly and helpful staff gave great advice and sold spare parts at incredibly reasonable prices. Their mechanic talked me through a repair job and supplied the tool I needed. I'm very grateful of such good service. Also, Matt did a great job of setting up brakes and drivetrain on my custom tall bike and work on my bmx. I would definitely recommend this company to all bikers in town. Thanks team, all the best!

It was a great experience, went in to look at electric bikes and ended up buying one. James the salesman was excellent, knowledgeable and not too pushy. Answered all the questions I had. Very helpful.

I rung Bike fit the other day to book my bike in,but they were so busy that it was going to be a couple weeks and later on that day they rung back so say they had a cancelled booking and they could fit me in which was really good.They let you know as soon as its done by text. Just overall really good honest service with helpful staff.

Friendly staff and a good service on the bike thanks. Just some advice re the online booking - maybe try to get this part working a bit better. I booked the bike service at 11.05am - choose a morning slot as I had other commitments - was sent a reminder the day before to say bring bike in at 10.30am - was ok with this but I still wasn't notified by 1pm to say the bike was done so called and was told the bike wouldn't be serviced until 3pm. Hmm late for other appointments I had booked and had to reorganise lots. Will need to confirm actual time next time i guess.

[For hire] Really friendly team; $60 for a tandem, which is as good as anyone else around; the bike, helmets and tools were in good nick; they let us drop the bike off the next morning before opening. Highly recommended.

A very good place to purchase new parts or to get your current bike serviced. A wee bit limited in their range of some higher end parts, but very helpful and friendly.
