Gary kept me informed about the progress of the delivery of my bike very well even though he had been affected by the severe weather here in Marlborough. He rearranged the delivery date to as soon as it was safe to do so. Much appreciated, Steve Hall

I received my Town n Trail E-Bike yesterday. The rep. for Marlborough Gary was awesome. We went to his home and saw all of the bike range and also got to try them for ourselves. Gary is happy to answer any questions and is very knowledgeable about the bikes. It was great that Gary dropped my bike off at my home then went for a ride with me and made any adjustments required whilst we were biking. I have had two rides on my bike so far and what a difference it is making for me already.
